Everything was perfect. Big room with a great balcony. Location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the main square. Staff extremely helpful and kind. I would happily stay here again.

Great location right off of Alexander Square.
The staff was not really that friendly. If you are giving the room facing the back, you will have a horrible view of an old, dirty building.

Staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Darko at reception helped our group plan our itinerary. He studied archaeology so was able to give us insight the best places to go.
Bathroom shower dripped onto the floor. But drain captured the run off.

Really comfortable updated boutique hotel right next to the city Square. They have paid parking in a lot just behind the hotel. Very easy to walk around the city, and over to the bazaar.

We are welcomed with a warm smile. They were upgraded our room and this was surprise. We are very appreciated. We prefer again Alexandar Square with no doubt.
Hotel is in the center. Berakfast was enough.

Perfect location. It was easy to walk to most sites. The hotel support staff were very competent, friendly and extremely helpful with directions and local restaurant suggestions. The included breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

The location is perfect, right on the square. The staff are incredibly helpful and make the stay very pleasant. The room was very clean and had an incredible view as well.
The shower had a leak which caused concern.

Great stay. Central location, everything worked perfectly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Our car wouldn’t start the next morning and the receptionist went above and beyond to help us out. I will definitely come back.

The location just could not have been any better. Perfectly located on a side street that takes you right into the walking parts of town. Clean room, hot water and good internet. Very nice front desk staff and parking is available for $15 a day.
