Pleasant
The best thing about this hotel is the view (if you book a room with a view of Lake Ohrid). Besides, the rooms are very big.
This hotel looks more like a bed & breakfast than a hotel. There is no reception desk and you have to prepare the breakfast yourself.

Very Good
First off, the location and the view from the lakeside room were really amazing. The location also was easy to get to from the airport, which was only 15 minutes away. The owner/manager was very polite and accommodating, and we thought the price for the two rooms we had was really a bargain. The location was close to the shops in the city center and everything worth seeing in Ohrid was well within a 15 minute walk. The garden, where we had breakfast, was well-kept and was quiet and relaxing. Overall, the location was a great place for a family stay.
The parking area outside the hotel was pretty narrow and on the street, and I was a bit worried about dinging the rental car while parking. That said, the owner made sure that space always was available for us to park. The only other thing I can think of is that because we arrived off season, we had to pay the fee for the rooms in cash, which was a bit of a hassle to collect that much money from an ATM.

Breakfast was sufficient. Location near the center, parking space could be tricky.
Bed is too low, mattress is too hard. There is no support and shelves for cosmetis in the shower space. Paying only in cash with the usual excuse that the POS terminal is not functioning duruing the weekend.

The owner was very responsive and didn’t hesitate to open the parking entrance everytime we left. And the apartment was clean, especially the bathroom.
We booked the place because it was listed as “200m” from city center. It was 8-9 min walk on a very steamed hill with lots of stairs, it was up to 10-15mins by car. Second, the parking available was terrible. We came with 2 cars and informed the owner upfront so he reserved a place in front of the main entrance. However when we went to city center later in the day we were left with no parking space, same situation happened the next day

Great location in the old town with a view of the lake. Really good continental breakfast with meats, cheeses bread, spreads yoghurts and juices and god coffee with nespresso machines on all floors. Friendly owner who accommodated our need for a room with very few stairs (given no lift) and who ensured that a parking space was always available right outside. Well stocked mini bar and lovely garden to meet in and congregate
Nothing to dislike. It is not cheap but then it is Ohrid old town in summer so I don’t know what some people expect!

Rooms was clean, had a view, breakfast was sufficient. Ivan, the manager assisted us with tours and information. He was very helpful.
We thought each room had their own coffee making facilities, each level had a shared coffee machine.

The breakfast was ok, but limited. Also, they only accept cash as a payment option, I would have appreciated being told that prior to arrival.
