Very good complex of apartments in Lagadin, just a short ride outside of Town Ohrid.
We booked Deluxe Suite with Grand Lake and Pool view and it was very good.
Deluxe suite is in a building at the very end of property, behind all buildings but on hill so there is a nice view from the room overlooking pool and whole lake Ohrid.
Access road to Deluxe suite is not finished so you can't access it by car which is inconvenient having large luggage... Instead you need to walk a lot of stairs uphill with all the luggage. Fortunately we had help from a nice lady (short blonde hair, forgot the name) which after seeing us with luggage with children offered us a ride with golf cart so we didn't need to walk the stairs upstairs with all the luggage...
Deluxe suite is excellent equipped, large room and nice view. Bathroom is spacious and good equipped, terrace is just enough for morning coffee overlooking Lake Ohrid.
Jacuzzi in the bathroom had small leak (which was previously addressed in reviews and still haven't been fixed...) so it would be good to have that repaired.
Breakfast is very good, could be improved on sweet area but overall it is very good. Good coffee at the breakfast.
Staff is very good and professional, especially lady with short blonde hair and lady that serves breakfast.
Overall we had a nice stay and would come back again here.

The view was absolutely beautiful — we could see the lake and surrounding hills right from our window. Perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise or sunset.

The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The highlight was the private hot tub in the room — perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. ?✨
We have to mention the receptionist — so kind and helpful from the moment we arrived! She really made us feel at home.

I came to Vila Bisera on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did! The entire stay was absolutely perfect… From the peaceful atmosphere to the beautiful surroundings. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was simply perfect, full of fresh and delicious options.
A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. Their kindness really added a personal touch to the experience.

It is located in very quiet area, we had beautiful guess over the lake. We enjoyed our private sauna and bathtub. Staff was also very nice and helpful. We definitely recommend this place!

The best place on Ohrid Lake, by far. To list all the things we liked, this comment would be the size of an essay. The most stunning views, beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast, and incredible staff. The only problem is that once you get there, you will never want to leave or go anywhere else. Can't wait to go back.

What a great place! We came in the off-season, so there weren't many people. But I can imagine this is an even better place in season. The room was just gorgeous, and the view to the lake is unmatched. We didn't take advantage of the pools (because it was a bit cold), but they were sparkling clean.
Breakfast was great every day, and there was a variety of options. If we came back to Lake Ohrid, we would stay there again.

Beautiful location and clean. The staff was very friendly. The Villa Bisera was centrally located, allowing me to visit all the sights on my list.
There were quite a few stairs, but the beautiful view was worth it.

The staff are exceptionally polite and make every guest feel welcome. The panoramic views from the complex are absolutely stunning, creating an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever had, including the excellent coffee and other drinks that are part of it. Definitely coming back!

Probably the best breakfast in the balkans, great view of the lake, we had a hottub on our porch which was a plus. Staff were nice and very helpful. All around great place. Only 15min drive/taxi from Ohrid town.

View is breathless, room size too, balcony with jacuzzi too. The woman that lived in New Jersey from the reception she is amazing
A lot of stairs as already mentioned and no any elevator, for the amount you pay for Macedonia 250€ a night, I was expecting a bit more in general. From your room you can hear basically everything from the next room, curtains don’t do really their job and in the morning light enter. Cleaning so and so, I left a diaper in the bin in the bathroom and when back they cleaned the room but left the diaper there without even change the bins but also it wasn’t spotless spotless, also jacuzzi outside wasn’t super clean. Finally few suggestions, adding a little conditioner in the room, give a WhatsApp number to communicate with reception as there isn’t a phone in the room and finally a drink menu for breakfast as the woman didn’t offer anything different from coffee espresso or cappuccino but I could see come out other nice drinks too so will be nice to understand what I could order or no.
