The hotel consists of several building complexes built on different levels. We had a very large room with a jacuzzi and a fantastic view over the lake. The bed was large and very comfortable. Not to forget the pools and the great breakfast, where nothing was missing, there is no lunch or dinner, but restaurants are within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Vila Bisera is in a good location for exploring Lake Ohrid and its sights.

The location of the apartment and the hotel are fantastic - overlooking the beautiful Lake Ohrid with easy access to the lake, local restaurants and the national park. The included breakfast was excellent. Service in the bar was also excellent.
As regards the premises and facilities, everything was great. We underestimated the time taken to transfer from Tirana airport - we had somehow thought it was circa 60 to 90 minutes but it was in fact 3 hours which was a little tedious for a short stay.

Staff is kind, good breakfast, walking distance to the lake and restaurants in Lagadin.
I had high expectations due to the photos and the rate on Booking.
The fact is that it looks very different from the pictures. I actually thought that the GPS had given us the wrong direction.
Also the stairs were a bit of a hassle for us, since we were travelling with lots of luggage and a child.

The room was very fancy. The breakfast area has a great view of the lake. The buffet food was various and tasty.
The access to the rooms is only by stairs. We had a lot of luggage and it was hard to do the logistics to the room.

Professional and friendly staff, a comfortable room with a beautiful view of the lake, a large selection for breakfast. Rooms are cleaned every day. The location is great for exploring the lake, as well as for relaxing in the room. Highly recommended.

Very nice property, comfortable and quite renovated rooms, great breakfast.
The view on the lake is stunning, beautiful atmosphere.
The pools are maybe a bit dirty and there were some construction/maintenance works on site which prevented from using 2 of the pools and made a lot of noise.
Also the bar is maybe a bit pricy and the WiFi connection did not work for the 2 days of our stay.

Beautiful small hotel located in the outskirts of Ohrid, in a quiet neighborhood in Lagadin. Since we had a rental car it was really easy to travel between the hotel, Ohrid and St. Naum's monastery.
We received a warm and friendly welcome by the staff and check in was quick. We were shown to our room, making sure that everything was to our liking (this gesture meant so much to us as you hardly see that at hotels any more, it just gives it a more personal touch). The room was just as in the photos, very spacious and with a balcony with beautiful views of Lake Ohrid.
We had a good night's sleep thanks to a very comfortable bed, there was plenty of hot water in the morning for a shower; and, the best part was the amazing breakfast buffet that was available. It had so many items to choose from: eggs (scrambled, fried, boiled), local sausage, ham, bacon, several kinds of bread, fruits, yogurt, pastries, salads, cheeses, cold cuts, prosciutto, three kinds of juice, coffee, tea. It was one of the most extensive and varied breakfasts that we've enjoyed while traveling. The service was excellent from nice, attentive staff. Also, you could have breakfast pool side to enjoy the wonderful views.

On a side note, we made reservations at Monastery Winery (about a 15 minute drive from Ohrid) for wine tasting, and it was a great experience. We signed up for the "Art of Wine" which included a very generous charcuterie board, four wines and one brandy. Highly recommend this if you'd like to know more about the local wines and getting the chance to taste how good they are.

The staff was attentive and very pleasant. Dragan would remember all our coffee orders in the morning and have it ready in no time. Breakfast was fresh, versatile and delicious. A mix of Macedonian and international food.
The place is clean, with great view and amenities. Cant wait to go back when its warmer. Sauna and jacuzzi in the rooms are working splendidly.
I liked everything. Be mindful if youre with a bigger car, because the street leading there is narrow and steep, we managed with a van but we had a very skilled driver.

The staff were good. The room was also nice, but it was a bit dusty. They cleaned it next day though.
Construction work right in front of your room, and dust all around that area. Or they could have avoided construction work in that area because the corridor was really dusty when we arrived and some of the dust was inside the room too. So our stay was really not worth it. But hopefully the rooms will be better soon when the construction work is over. Our stay in Skopje for half the price was much better experience.

There were some construction work near to the hotel. Also some renovation works in progress in the building. So, they were not completely ready to welcome guests.
