The rooms are spacious with excellent air con and wifi, and good TV channels. The building is 1930s with plenty of character and wonderful views from the balconies. The owner is very helpful and will provide many things if you ask (kettle, plates, even did our laundry for no extra charge). The cleaner will come and clean regularly. The location being very central was extremely handy for all the visitor attractions being on a main pedestrian shopping street but close to the old town. Everywhere is walking distance. Our taxi driver rang beforehand to say we had arrived, I would recommend this, or calling yourself, they then came to meet us. The owner is also very knowledgeable of the local area (especially the fish!) and will give good advice too. We enjoyed our stay.
The rooms’ central location, while being very useful, can be a bit noisy late at night, in the main summer season, (mid July to mid August) but we were usually tired and slept well. Our children liked the late night party atmosphere anyway, and some rooms are quieter.

Great location near shops and restaurants, large room, very friendly and helpful host who was great. Comfortable stay for reasonable price in an expensive town.
Online info is wrong, the reason I booked was to pay by card but they said their card machine was broken so please correct the site info. Also claiming it is 4 star is ridiculous! There are no facilities, only rooms and part time reception, not even a restaurant so it is maybe a 2 star property. Cleanliness was fine but there was quite a lot of long hair on tables and on the fridge. Not the hotel's fault but really loud party directly opposite until after 2am

We had a wonderful stay, and will come back soon. The host is really polite and helpful. The location is amazing and everything is within walking distance since you are in the middle of the center.

Location fine. Room spacious and well designed
Arrived to find the property locked up. Thanks to a neighbour who phoned up, a scruffy od man reeking of drink and evidently the worse for it turned up to let me in.
