The absolute perfect location on a little cobblestone road in Old Town. Just steps from a large variety of restaurants, and very close to the port where you can get short or long boat trips. I cannot thank the owner enough. After I reached the Orhidea House, I realized I had left my backpack (including my laptop!) in the transport van. The owner called the company, located the backpack, and he drove all the way over to another city to pick it up for me.
Wifi could be faster.

Absolutely beautiful location, right on the water with a beautiful view, right in the heart of the old town and with tons of bars and restaurants around. Close to all major attractions. Host was great and very friendly.
Two things, beds were not the most comfortable but most importantly if you are planning on resting on a weekend night or go to bed early this place is not for you. The music from the bars is very loud and it goes until 1am

Clean, good sized rooms, private bathrooms with hot showers, good location in the heart of the old town. The front two rooms (1 and 2) and the apartment upstairs have great views of the lake. WiFi is good. The owner is friendly although doesn't speak much English.
It was a little hard to get hold of the owner via Booking.com messages. But the main problem was the loud (very loud) music from the bar downstairs, until the early hours of the morning. Of course that's not the owner's fault, but it's not the guests' fault either. I suppose any accommodation within 100m would be disturbed by this bar... To be fair to the owner, he did let me change to a room at the back of the floor (Rooms 3 and 4 are at the back) for my second night, which was a lot quieter.

Location. View from balcony. Owners. surrounding shops & restaurants. Dishwasher washing machine
Noise. Smell in the property. Shower needs replacement. stove is half working. Fridge needs maintenance. TV broadcast can be improved.
