The house itself is perfect. Location is 5-6 min drive-away from Ohrid. There is a private entrance for lake and you can have a private car parking area. The house has kitchen utensils, towels, shampoo etc. stuff. Very nice view. Host is also very nice and answers all the questions via message.

It was a perfect accomodation for New Year’s holiday, beutiful house on the lake, great view, and a perfect sunset right in front of you! Perfect clean, got everything you need, even more, very well equipped. The owners are very nice people! All 10’s!

The location is amazing and simply can't be beaten! We were able to swim right outside our back door every morning in one of the most stunning lakes I've ever seen. The kitchen is basic but we were able to cook meals without any fuss and the house a very nice size which was kept very clean and tidy.
The owners of the house were easy to contact by WhatsApp and always responded quickly which was also very helpful :)
Nothing! This place is excellent. The kitchen is outdoors (but completely covered) so it might be a little chilly in winter, and I'd recommend having a car as its about a 30 minute walk to any shops etc otherwise but that's it!

Everything.
The house is so pretty and clean. The bed is very comfortable. You have everything you need. The house has its own beach and gradual entrance into the lake (which is otherwise very hard to find.) The privacy is also something that we appreciated as we were looking for a quiet place without any crowds.
The location is great. It's 7 to 8 min. ride to the city center and 3 to 4 min. ride to the nearest shop.
A huge thank you to the host, Nataša is amazing. Very welcoming and gave us great tips. We also had some car trouble and she helped us find a mechanic whom we could trust and checked in on us afterwards.
If you ever wish to visit Ohrid, at a peaceful, quiet and maybe even the best apartment there is available there you should visit Lake House Sand.

Wonderful little house on the lake shore. We explored the lake with the two canoes and enjoyed the incredible nature.

The property was well maintained and was even better than the pictures shown in booking.com. It has private lake access and the view is amazing during evening. Has cooking facilities and basic utensils as well.
The property is located away from the city centre so it was difficult to come back and forth without a cab or own car. There is only one local shop which is 15 mins walk and majority of the restaurants does not have home delivery. If you have own car, you will not face any of these problem.

Excellent location and good outdoor chairs etc. Outdoor kitchen with dinner table well sized and comfortable.
Very nice view.
Could use an extra closet in the living room in stead of the shoe storage.
Some extra provisions needed to hand clothes and towels in bathroom.
Shower sink smells a bit
