The location is nice. Relatively secluded, yet close to the city center and the lake shore (10-15 minutes walk). There was (kind of) a reserved parking space, but also it was not difficult to find other parking spaces in the vicinity. Street is not that busy, good for small children playing. The building and the apartment look quite new, it was very clean. It has all the amenities that are stated. Hairdryer, wifi, nice bathtub, smart TV works fine (youtube, netflix,...). It felt very private. The host is nice and very responsive. Looks like it's a family owned business.
The bathroom could be little more spacious. Limited number of channels on the cable TV (not so bad) that lose connection way too often (very bad), especially when it was raining ("cable" is wireless GSM IPTV technology, infamous for the poor QoS in Macedonia). WiFi connection in the room was only ok, but it was stable, on the TV as well.
I wish the Booking.com search engine would actually do what it is supposed to do!!! I explicitly searched for two rooms, but I got all kind of results, not omitting the single room apartments (which are cheaper). There is another Kukunesh apartment in the same building that fits the criteria, however it was taken for the period we wanted it for, and yet it was still displayed in my search results... It's worth noting that the owner was kind enough to offer us the other apartment for a few days, and than to switch to the smaller one when the other guests arrive.

Host are wery nice and you have good communication with them. Location was in quiet part of city 10 minutes from lake and walking zone. Very clean and comfortable apartments. If you need some directions or something for apartment be free to ask hosts.
