Pleasant
The location for sure
The nice, helpful kind receptionist doing the daytime, she was good and professional. The clearing lady that took care of my laundry.
The room was perfectly clean and the bed and pillows where great. The room has a good finish and material.
1) The flight came in at 0730 to the Orchid airport. But unfortunate you cant you check in before 1400 hour.
2) The have loud music playing Friday and Saturday from 2130- 0100 and even though that my room was in an other part of the hotel. Its keep you up and awake. After a long travel, a with 6 hours with no room, that was not what l needed.
3) SMOKING, the day after the music, you come dowm to the restaurant, where people have been smoking all evening. Its was stinky. And that's the main issue with staying at the SU hotel. The really one place to stay for breackfast, lunch and dinners, is also the smoking area.
4) My room seems to smelt like someone had been smoking there or close by.
5) One afternoon, l came home after a long walk, my keycard did not work, the male receptionist, was nowhere to find, l waited and even tried to call the hotel. He had let the phone stay in the reception. I then had to go asking for him in the restaurant, and he was found outside in the front of the hotel, smoking.
6) The window door to the balcony was difficult to keep 100 closed.
7) l had a chicken burger brought up to my room. Unfortunate the chicken was poorly prepared and l did not eat it.

View from the hotel to the lake is amazing. Walking distance to the city of Ohrid. Staff at breakfast were exceptional.
There is no reading light on the bed.

Wonderful hotel very close to the lake. The staff at the reception desk and attached restuarant were fanstastic. The breakfast was also a nice touch. Minutes away from the lake and other restuarants. A nice gem in Ohrid!

Great view from the room balcony over the Ohrid Lake. Very supportive staff.
Breakfast could definitely be improved - wasn't worth more than a 7. It was in the hotel's bar/bistro downstairs, shared with non-customers who were smoking. We had to stand in line for coffee at the bar, after waitresses who took orders from said non-guests.

The staff was very helpful and polite.
The rooms are extremely small, and it is extremely noisy especially when there is music in the pub, you cannot sleep till 1 o'clock. In addition to this, the walls are like made of paper and you can hear everything.

The location is exceptional, right on the Ohrid Lake. Our room had a very nice balkony with a clear view to the lake and the town of Ohrid.
The hotel is being advertised as 4* Superior and the facilities are equal to 2-3*. Very old-fashioned and small bathroom, uncomfortable bed, no lights by the bed, no bedside table, no safe... Breakfast was only basic, without fresh bread. People were smoking in the breakfast area...

The room was so small and uncomfortable. The entry door did not close all the way, and there was draft all the time. No temperature setting available, so it was very hot, or cold if heating turned off. Mix of unpleasant white and yellow lights. The vegan options for breakfast were close to NONE. The cleaning staff was very unpolite and arogant, buckets and mops left on the stairs, did not even move them so we can pass through.
