Amazing location, just at the edge of quayside.
Beautiful view to the lake.
Heating and AC available. Quite big room with balcony, suitable bed. Enough soundproofing, noise from outside not disturbing us.
More cleaning required for the room and bathroom,
it's important to renew furniture, some items were broken.
Bed been very noisy, it's creaked a lot.
Bathroom required to be repair. As well as curtains at the room.
No bath robes and disposable slippers. No teeth brush.
This hotel can become best hotel at Ohrid.

The location is perfect. The restaurant is OK.
There are 3 floors and no elevator. My husband had had knee surgery and I am awaiting surgery so this was a big problem. We should have asked the hotel for a low floor, but we booked last minute.

The stench in the bathroom. Bigger windows are needed for fresh air. New pillows are needed. And bigger bed sheets so youre not pulling from your partner or vice versa

The location was perfect, just the centre of Ochrid in the old town with lake view. The room was specious. The staff helped us with the luggage.
I specifically asked the property beforehand if they have blackout curtains, and it has been confirmed to me prior to arrival in writing as I am super sensitive to light. However, this facility doesn't have any blackout curtains in any of the rooms. On arrival, we got a room on the third floor without a lift just to find out that the room, in fact, didn't have any curtains at all. The aircon in that room was broken and we had to relocate to a different room again without curtains. After complaining, we have been offered to sleep in another 2star Hotel that we declined. After contacting Booking.com to resolve the problem.we got the following day another room, but that room didn't have a blackout curtain either. A part of the goodwill gesture was to offer us one free of charge night and a free breakfast. The breakfast was a joke. We had to pay extra for a coffee or get an instant one, orange juice was just the cheapest concentrate. We skipped breakfast for all our 5 days. The rooms are already dated. All is old and barley works. The shower in our first room got flooded. Not a 4star Hotel. Please avoid the breakfast option as it is just a matter of insult to provide instant coffee to someone who booked in this category in a restaurant that appears to be really good if you pay for it! So I didn't understand the concept of being a guest and being treated like an underdog while everyone who was in the restaurant got great coffee's and great food. Thankfully, we had our own coffee machine with us as we have been for 6 weeks on a road trip that was planned many months ahead. We noticed damage to our car as there was permanently a movement of cases with drinks, but we couldn't prove anything but regretted to have parked our car in the front of the hotel. We recommend to park it a bit outside during your stay. The hotel is having cards that help you to park your car nearby.

We were transfer on other location near. It was very small room, with retra table equipment and under the roof. Parking was on public parking and not near the hotel.

Nice hotel, value for money, so clean, good food, friendly staff, got an accident outside in the street and went back in the hotel, the reception guys was so helpful, they gave me support. I thank them from here
