A unique location just minutes from the center of Ohrid, virtually on the shores of the magnificent Lake Ohrid. The property offers a spacious private garage, a rare and highly valued feature, especially during the busy tourist season when Ohrid welcomes thousands of visitors and finding a parking space can be extremely difficult. Adding to the overall experience, the owners are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring that guests feel comfortable and at home throughout their stay.

Excellent Location and i the front of the lake.
Exceptional hospitality from the owners Aleksandar, his wife and father. Most important their personal touch from the arrival till departure. Safe, convenient underground Parking space in a busy city and around the Hollidays provided its an add on.
Suggestion to add an AC unit in the other room as well.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. It is very cozy, comfortable, and has a beautiful view that made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place in an excellent location.

Our hosts Svetlana and Aleksander were flexible with the timing, very friendly, explained everything, checked us in and out. The apartment looks spotless, is a new building, with elevator, very clean, very modern. Underground parking was a plus, very safe. It is a few hundred meters from the city centre, more quiet, with parks and green trees around. Really loved the place and our morning coffee on the balcony. We had a kitchenette and all was spotless.

The apartment is in one of the most sought after locations, great lake view and short walking distance to the lake and all the great Ohrid restaurants. The hosts were very welcoming and accomodating. Definitely recommend Matjan apartments.
Not much to not like, you have the lake at your doorstep.

The apartment was incredibly clean and spacious. We were able to have 3 couples (6 people) in the apartment very comfortably. Very nice balconies. Extremely helpful parking garage that was clean, safe, and free.

First of all, a big thank you to the hosts, Aleksandar and Svetlana, who were absolutely amazing - they are friendly and caring people who were always responsive whenever we had questions and they were always ready to help. The accommodation is perfectly situated about 50m from the promenade, right next to where the old town starts. It is situated in an animated area, but not too noisy - we had a good sleep. It has all the amenities (A/C, TV, electric kettle, stove) you need and is perfectly situated to suit both walks on the promenade and walks in the old part of the town. The studio we stayed in was cozy, confortable and very clean and had clean sheets and towels. Inside everything was modern, even though we stayed in the 'older' appartments. Wi-Fi was good enough and the appartment had a balcony. Parking was a garage in a private underground parking lot (extremely safe), so no one touches your car but you. I will definitely come back here whenever I am back in Ohrid! I highly recommend coming here!
