Highly recomended for short but also longer stay in old part of Ohrid. The host Ana, was extremly friendly and welcome us warmly, asking all the time if we need anything else. She gave us a few very good recomendations for restaurats with home made food and "normal " prices. The room was extran clean, confortable, kitchen was full with different coffes, pasta, oil, vinegard, salt, paper, tea, palenta, and all necessery kitchinery as cups, plates, spoons, knifes. We felt as we are at home. The private small beach and balconies were a real "perl" for drinking morning coffee and enjoying the morning sun. Everything was exceptional and we as family are really grateful . .

Super location in the old town with a lake view and a lovely room, with everything we needed. Ana kindly upgraded our room when we arrived which was very kind of her. We loved that we could use the kitchenette to make hot drinks whenever we wanted. Ana was so welcoming and helpful, with advice about where to go and what to see, she also arranged a taxi back to the airport for us. Would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Dudanov to friends and family. Thank you, Ana

The host Ana was above and beyond helpful. She treated us as family in her home and baked us a Christmas cake. I cannot say enough about her commitment to customer experience.

Had an incredible few days here in Ohrid and i stayed at Villa Dudanov. Such a good and welcoming host and she even upgraded me for free to the best room even if i had not booked it
She asked many times if she could do something more for me and even followed me in the rain to meet me pre-ordered Taxi she had booked to the airport.
Also the taxi-guy she is working with is incredible kind and had a pleaseant trip to the airport.
Will definitely go back!

Villa Dudanov was in a prime location within Lake Ohrid's old town - metres from the boardwalk over the lake and immediately behind St Sophia church. We received a room upgrade upon arrival, which was appreciated. The host was very helpful with finding the private parking outside the villa and recommending where to eat and visit during our stay. The room had a small balcony, which was pleasant to eat on with glimpses of the lake. Everything in the old town was within walking distance and so we did not move our car during our two night stay. Tip - don't try exiting the old town through the gate at the waterfront as we tried - you won't have the necessary ticket to open the barrier arms. Instead, go back out the same gate you enter at the top of the old town.

Anna was an incredibly nice person and very caring and helpful. My father-in-law cut his toe and Anna gave us the bandaids and rented the water shoes for protection. She also called some popular local restaurants to make a dinner reservation for us. The rooms are very clean and the location is perfect for our families. My mother-in-law swam 5 times per day every day! My family loves to into the water from the private lake garden. This place also rents SUP boards /kayaks, so I could also try the SUP for the first time :) The host helped me a lot to make our stay comfortable. I would like to visit Ohrid and stay there again.
Actually, there is nothing I didn't like.

Outstanding hospitality from host Ana who gave us a great explanation of the town, what to do and where to eat! We got a free upgrade to a bigger room on arrival, which was spacious, clean and comfortable. Shower was great with sliding doors (seemingly a rarity in the Balkans). Also had access to a shared kitchenette which was well-stocked. Reserved parking in front of the villa (a bit tight especially if you have a bigger car - also make sure you exit via the Upper Gate to avoid the boom gate near the port). Location was fantastic - a few metres from the shore and 10mins walk to the centre. We also rented SUPs (10Euro/hr) which you can launch from their private deck. Ana was very flexible and allowed us to pay using our leftover Denars and the rest in Euros, and check out a little later.
Nothing, would highly recommend!
