Pleasant
The staff was very kind and welcoming, always helpful, smiling, and communicative, which made us feel comfortable during our stay. The room appeared clean and the bathroom was also tidy, creating a pleasant environment. Breakfast was acceptable, but it could have been a bit better in terms of variety and quality.
Our room did not have a window. For one night this may not be a major issue, but I feel that a room without a window does not meet the expectations of a family. The bed linen was not clean, as it had visible hairs and dirt on it, making it clear that it had not been washed. Cleanliness should be one of the main standards of any hotel. Unfortunately, because of this, we will not be returning.

The staff was really kind; that room was clean and very organised, the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was simple but perfect. Very well located, so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I strongly recommend it :)

This summer, me, my wife and my daughter had a more than pleasant stay at Hotel Bella Donna. It was our first time in Makedonia, but we quickly realised how nice and friendly Makedonians were! The owner of the hotel, a very sweet lady, welcomed us with a lot of warmth and introduced us to our room. Saying we were satisfied would be an understatement. The room was spacious, the beds were so comfortable that the moment you lied down you fell asleep. We also had an AC, extremely needed during the hot August days and a small fridge as well. The bathroom was nice, with a huge shower you could even perform a backflip in. Early in the morning our lovely host prepared our breakfast, which was delicious and filled us up for the rest of the day we spend on the road! Overall, we had a great experience at Hotel Bella Donna and whenever our trips bring us through Makedonia, we'll sure stop here for the night! We absolutely reccommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant and affordable place in Kumanovo!
The only drawback was the slow shower drain, which seemed to be a little clogged. However, it didn't bother us that much as we only stayed for one night.

It was extraordinay ! Everything was very clean and fancy. The food is delicious and the stuf very nice. We were parking in the front of hotel. If we will go again in that place, definitelly we will stay at Bella Donna Hotel.
