We could choose a room from the ones that were free at the moment. Central location, just a few steps from the main pedestrian zone. Parking available in front of the hotel.
There is a restaurant in the yard with live music in the evenings, so it is not optimal for families with children. A lot of street dogs around. The rooms were not the same as in the pictures, our room was in a far worse state. I asked for a queen bed in the reservation, but there were two separate beds. The pillows were ok. The balcony door didn't quite close, it was broken, so we could hear everything outside (especially the dogs barking). No elevator in the building (our room was in the 3rd floor).

Basically the location is excellent
Bed matress was very poor, shower splashes everywhere, noisy at night (barking dogs), not all stated amenities are as described (eg no hot tub, had to ask for the kettle as well as for the cleaning which involved only washing of the floor, no balcony, no terrace, no soundpoofing, no minibar, no tumble dryer, breakfast choices are minimal and is outside the hotel and it takes ages to be served (waited more than 30 minutes after the order and we were the only customers at the time), some electric points are exposed, bathroom door lock broken.

The location was great, in the city center. We would not have visited the center if the hotel would not have been so central. The personnel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a great restaurant, we had a very nice dinner there.
The room was not very clean. We found some questionable things on the floor. It was LOUD until 3 or 4 a.m. There was a live concert (?) nearby and we heard it all with the windows closed. We were not expecting it to be quite, since it's central, but the music was very loud. So be prepared.

Wonderful
Great location, hotel is near Shirok Sokak street. Parking place is near hotel. People are really nice and friendly, you feel wellcome. A lot of natural light, bathroom with a window, room with large nice windows and view on Shirok Sokak street from our balcony. Near hotel is a restaurant Korzo, the food was delicius.
