Wonderful
It is a very hospitable but simple place. As long as the expectations are for simplicity combined with cleanliness and with really great staff (especially Yanni) you are OK.
I was there with two elderly people and we did not realize from the information on Booking that the hotel has no elevator. So when one is nearly 90 years old, climbing stairs is not simple.

Decent food at the restaurant. A couple of the staff people were very friendly, helpful, talkative (one wasnt).
Room too warm with no A/C. Stairs difficult to use safely at night because light turns off every few seconds leaving you in pitch black, something they could easily fix but dont

The cleanliness, the heat, the location,
The night we stayed there was a music event with loud music that lasted until late at night so we couldn't sleep. We were also not allowed to sit in the lounge because the event was going on and we had to go elsewhere for coffee. There is no elevator.

The location is very good, Downtown. The parking place is on the street in front of the hotel, if available.
If you stay during weekend expect to hear music and noise form the hotel bar. Although it was quite cold outside the heating didn't work.

Centrally located, friendly staff, included breakfast is good - you can choose from a short menu. Everything was very clean.
Nothing major - Smoking is allowed in the main floor bar and in the rooms. Although my room didnt smell of smoke when I checked in, I could still sometimes smell it. Noise from the kitchen sometimes travels up the stairwell.
