Хотелот е во строг Центар на градот, се е достапно пешки. Иако е в Центар, добив соба која беше на задната страна, што беше одлично за спиење во мир без галама. Собата е голема и чиста, мебелот убав, ги има сите потребни додатоци во соба за хигиена. Пофални зборови за услужливоста на пероналот, и на дечкото кој беше на смена, кој буквално премести 3 коли за да добијам паркинг место во сенка пред хотелот. Појадокот е одличен.
Можеби подобри перници. Другото се беше одлично.

Disappointing
Great location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, great shower (lots of strong, warm water).
Please note that on Fridays and Saturdays there is very loud live music until 1 am. If you are on a street-facing room above the bar, it is impossible to sleep. If you are in the back it's much better but still a bit noisy. In addition, our two rooms (we had to change due to the noise) hardly had blinds, so the room was very bright from the early morning, further hindering proper sleep. Finally, the bedding also didn't help (three different sheets that went all over the place). Also, Booking says on-site parking but that is not true. It is street parking (including right in front of the hotel, and they help you find a spot and with payment, if you ask), but it is not on-site parking, which should mean a hotel-owned garage/parking area.

It's in the city center and close to pedestrian street,15-20-minute walk from the bus and train stations. There's no elevator, but the stairs are wide. I had no trouble climbing with my luggage. The room was clean and comfortable.Wi-fi was good.Breakfast was ok.Overall, I was pleased with my stay.
The soundproofing could have been better. Even though I was on the top floor, I could still hear loud music from the restaurant area below. Luckily, it stopped around 12:00 AM before I went to bed. But I guess it was because it was the weekend.

The room was great and the staff very profesional and friendly. The breakfast is amazing! The restaurant is part of the hotel and it helps a lot to have lunch or dinner there if needed. You have parking included with your stay!

The location is great, the staff very friendly and of great assistance. Breakfast was excelent,good choice and the size of portions is huge! The room is spacious, in 2 levels and with 2 balconies, and with a separate sitting area, very comfortable. This is central city area and parking is limited, but hotel staff helped us every day by paying daily ticket to parking service,so we did not have to bother with it. Nice place, will come back again next time we go to Bitola
There was a problem with internet during our stay (4 days). It was not working most of the time or with a limited possibility. The staff explained it was due to bad weather (4days ago),but weather conditions improved after 24 hours and problem not solved during our stay and caused us some difficulties in our everyday life. Hope they will solve this soon.

Located in the center of the city. Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was simple but tasty! The staff was very kind and helpful and at the check-out they offered us bottles of water for our trip. Very good value for money hotel!

The staff were so attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good. Dinners were very impressive. Location was great, central to everything, we walked around the city center every day from the hotel. I was very happy with where we stayed.
The hotel was in need of some repairs and maintenance. The rooms furniture needs updating. A lift would have been good to go up to the floors, especially with the luggage. It was hard going up and down the stairs.
