I came in from a 32h long journey and they picked me up from the airport. I didn't really get to go to the pool but the area looked amazing. I got a massage (a bit pricey for here but still great) and the spa (included with the room price) did me real good !
They arranged airport drop off for me since I was joining a group that had freshly arrived.

I needed to be close to airport and this hotel was perfect for that.

Very close to the airport. Great staff. Lovely restaurant. Rooms are good. Perfect place, though not in the center of town. I've stayed here probably 15 times for a total of probably 3-4 weeks. Again... the staff are all wonderful. Oooh. And the spa is one of the best I've ever seen. They have all sorts of spa equipment including some water power jet or something that massages you. I got a regular massage and it was lovely. They also have an indoor hot tub and also saunas and steam rooms. Very nice.
Sometimes the hot water takes a long time to get warm. Other than that, not much.

We are in love with this place. We had last day of our honeymoon here to have a massage in their Spa. It is soo good. Restaurant and rooms really nice as well. Very close to airport and they provide transfer.

I loved the ambience and the friendliness of the staff. The pool was beautiful and was central to hotel dining areas. Much al fresco seating was delightful. The breakfast offered a huge choice od hot and cold choices. Also, eggs were made to order.
Dinner mene wasn't varied enough and was a let down compared to breakfast.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious and clean with a suprisingly comfortable bed (although at first it doesn't seem like it). The spa was amazing as well as the outdoor pool. Good options and tasty food at the restaurant for dinner with reasonable prices. The location is extremely convenient for reaching the airport (only a 10 min drive) and the fact that transportation is free to and from the airport is a major plus.
The breakfast is somewhat limited for a 4-star hotel.

The staff were amazingly supportive and kind. I had accidentally left my jewellery in my room on departure and was walking out to the shuttle that takes you to the airport when a chambermaid came running up to me with my gold & silver bangles & necklace! She quickly darted back . Such honesty is to be applauded. I made sure on my return to tip not only her, but all the staff. The entire hotel is run on this principle & frankly it is worth noting that honesty is extremely prevalent among the Malagasy population that I encountered . I stayed for one month overall on two small islands off the east coast.
The selection of food in this hotel for breakfast is incredibly diverse, catering for the different cultures and tastes. The chef has a great team, so there is plenty to choose from on the menu. Set lunch at €8 with main course & dessert or another set menu with three courses was also possible (€12) . I recommend going via booking.com since the price is divided by two.
A heated pool would have been better since it was quite cool mid March . A window in the bedroom would have been nice to have fresh air as well . I really liked the double doors made of mirrored glass. No-one can see in, but you can see out. Fabulous.

It was a stopover before my next flight. So the hotel being some 15 mins from the airport was very good. I had early flight, but buffet breakfast was available as from 6.00 am which was convenient. It was great to have the free shuttle service to the airport and also the spa facilities included was great for relaxing. Dinner at the hotel was nice too.
