Great location, just steps from the Old Town. The apartment was very clean, with a lovely backyard to relax in. It’s pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place – thank you for everything! ☺️

Great location right by the old town but very quiet and lots of space in the garden to park cars.
The bushes on the balcony need to be cut back as we had to duck every time we were going in or out,

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful host, free parking and a nice terrace with your room. I really enjoyed the weekend in Ulcinj.

Aprtman je na izvrsnoj lokaciji,plaze Stari grad.sve je na dohvat ruke ,domacini su vrlo ljubazni i susretljivi u svemu,.apartmani su cisti i urednii.parking u basti u hladu, sve u svemu topla preporuka ko zeli smjestaj u gradu nadomak svega a opet imas svoj mir..vracamo se opet sigurno..

I was with my family for 2 night in this villa,people who have the villa are really good people or is better to say perfect family. Villa is all around with flowers and free parking inside in shadow of trees, is calm at night AC working good, clean room and confort bed. They know really how to make client feel like they are at them home BRAVO!
Wifi is little bit weak in some spot not working at all

Lovely people. Welcomed us with a drink. Location is excellent. Beautiful small beach 5 mins away. Peaceful location. This is not a 5 star property but if you value location and ambience over everything being perfect then this will work for you.

The location was perfect, an oasis of peace in the crowd and noise of the city. We loved the olive trees in the garden, the flowers, the beach nearby and the short distance to the old town (it took us 2 minutes to go there). The host was really nice and helpful. He was so kind, that he even brought us to taste the olive oil from his own production (it was a delicious). The free parking in the shadow of the trees was also a plus.

The view from the balcony was amazing, olive trees in the garden, the fortress just 100 meters away and the sea in the horizon. The rooms are spacious, plenty of light, 2 air conditions, separate entrance door, lots of privacy. 5-6 minutes from the small beach.
No bin in the toilet.
