Calm and quiet, with lot of orrange trees and a big olive tree just front of the apartment.

For such a spacious family apartment, which can easily accommodate a couple with 2 children, or two couples, we would like to find a more spacious refrigerator in the future

the kitchen could have been better equipped for us

The apartments we booked were advertised as 70 square meters big, but in reality they were about 40. This came as a huge shock to us when we arrived, because we had 5 people in one apartment, so this made a huge dfifference for us. We even considered leaving, but eventually decided against this, because we already payed and it would have been hard to find another place for 10 people. When it comes to eqipment, the apartments differ a lot. One of the apartments did not have chairs and table to sit inside, no microwave, while the other one had. Also no coffee machine despite being listed in the description. Our apartments had very small balconies while the ones on the ground floor had big terraces with big tables. We also had to ask for trash cans and mops for both aparments. Thankfully the owner at least tried to be helpful when we asked for these things. The furniture is mostly okay, but the quality of the chairs and the beds are not great. One of the beds even broke in half under a 60 kg girl. There are no place for towels in the bathroom, and the kitchen eqipment is also very limited. There were problems with the hygiene as well. I am an air conditioning mechanic and I had to start with cleaning the air conditioner because it obviously have not been cleaned in years, had lots of mold on it, which could cause health problems... When we moved the couch there was so much dirt under it, that it is also obvious that it has not been cleaned for at least a year. Speaking of the air conditioner, when we left the house, we left it on so we have a cool apartment when we come back. While we were away the owner came in and turned it off without permission. While the house has a big garden as it is visible on the pictures as well, you cannot really use it because it is full of orange trees that the owners are very protective about.

We were cooking by ourselves - so I definitely can notice lack of dishes, only one frying pan, only one pot. Of course it can be added by the owner upon request, but the dishes are mixed from different sets with different colors and designs. No kettle for the tea. No coffee machine, no filter, nothing to make a coffee. I have no idea when somebody looked under the beds to wipe off the dust from the floor. Absolutely awful internet - disconnecting from the WiFi spots, low speed and constant interruptions. I would also make more towels available in the room.

Cannot find faults for our stay at this property.

Several smaller things. Shower pressure is bad. No shower doors or a curtain, so the bathroom would be full of water, and nothing to collect it with. No table for all five of us to have a breakfast together. Air con water would spill and would be dangerous on the steps. Not enough parking space, so we would block other guests, or be blocked by them.

If you want to cook for 5 people, the kitchen is very small, there is not enough space and seating.

The bed has very hard mattress. It was difficult to relax. And mosquitos. Take with you repellents! But they are everywhere. Not only in this house.

Cleanliness - couple of spider webs, some ants and wet dishes in the cupboard. we could use couple more mugs, cups and lids for pots.
