Very Good
Overall, our stay at Delfini Holiday Homes near Ulcinj was good. The property is located in a peaceful area, which we really appreciated. The yard is beautiful, with well-maintained green grass and plenty of shade, making it a lovely place to relax.
The host deserves special mention—they were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay more comfortable.
However, we did have a few minor complaints:
- The kitchen was equipped with all necessary utensils, including a kettle, but there was a lot of limescale buildup.
- The bed linens and towels could have been changed at least once during our six-night stay.
All in all, it was a decent stay, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better.

THE best beds we ever slept! Garden and front yard is real treasure and it rises grade for 2 points by itself. Host is great also.
Maybe only thing was noisy water pump near our room and sometimes loud neibours.

Lovely hosts, very friendly and happy to help.
Great location - peaceful but within easy reach of beaches etc.
Good value for money.
I would like to have more cooking utensils and cutlery in the apartment as we like to self cater. For example, I ended up buying a tin opener to use as not provided.

Very quiet and good location with a beautiful garden, very friendly hosts, small kitchen, nice balcony with view on the garden, parking possible anywhere in the garden
furniture was a bit outdated and the kitchen could be better equipped (we had our own stuff, so for us it was okay) - would still visit again!

The host was great, we liked the surroundings very much, it was peaceful, calming, excellent to relax. The beach is near and it is beautiful, there is also a bakery near.

The apartment is cosy and big, it is light, and the view is beautiful. Our room was on the second floor.
The sea is 5 min by car, it is better to drive, than walk. The parking near the beach is free of charge.
The beach is wide and there are a lot of places with sand or stones acc to what you like more? We travelled with the small dog, he was really welcome?
Sunset was amazing?
Highly recommended for the family holidays?
There is a vast green field for playing any games.
The vacation was only 5 days)

Excellent place for a family and friends getaway. It is incredibly peaceful, with a vast meadow surrounding the hotel, where you can play ball games or simply relax. From the backyard, there's a view of Solana, and if you have binoculars, you can spot some birds. Inside the rooms, everything was clean and quite cozy. The beach is close by and reachable on foot, but it's even better to go by car. There's also a bakery nearby for snacks.
The hosts were welcoming and hospitable, making the stay even more enjoyable.
I missed having a kettle in the room; boiling water with a Turkish pot takes quite a long time. Also, it would be great to have a large canopy on the meadow with benches or chairs to sit in the shade because the sun can be scorching.
