Location was good, right by a bakery and 50m from the main supermarket. The beach is a stones throw away (about 300m) and the old town is visible from the balcony. The room was clean and the bedsheets were spotless. The room came with cooking facilities that made it very convenient to use the stove and oven.
To begin, we payed for a private room with private bathroom, however we were put in a living room, on a sofa bed, with a shared bathroom ( had a child accidentally come in to our LIVING ROOM and had the owners ask for things from where we were staying as the majority of their things were still in there). The pictures on the advert are misleading as they show you a private room, when this was just not the case. Next , there seemed to be an ant infestation of some sort as there were ants all over the place, especially near the cooking area which was quite unhygienic.
Overall it was a very clean room and the location is very convenient. However we must score according to the positives and negatives and therefore must give a 5/10.

They changed as the apartament in last moment without telling before.
The location in booking was 500 meters near beach and the send us in one building 2km away

Nice room with cozy bed and balcony where you can also see the ocean. You can walk in a few minutes to many restaurants and the old town. The host family is super friendly and they also helped us navigating our car into their garage where you can park it. They gave us as a departing gift a little package of coffee.
