It is a lovely place with a wide variety of fruit trees. Here you will always find a cozy shady spot on a hot afternoon by the river. We really enjoyed the friendly staff. This is a good hotel if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to relax.

Very peaceful place, with a lovely garden. Small market store and green market are very near by (50m). The beach is 15 min by foot or 5 min by car. The hosts are very polite and friendly.

The place is very nice, everything was clean, and the whole property is Quiet and cosy, with a lovely yard by the river. The host is friendly and always here if you need any help. I would definitely recommend this property if you want to have a great vacation! It's even better than it looks on the pictures:)
We didn't like the traffic there, but fortunately the beach was close so you don't need to use the car that much

The hosts were so pleasant and kind and they even took us to a distant beach with their car :) The garden is absolutely fantastic...a lot of trees and flowers and amazing porch swings in front of apartments. The garden is besides a lake and you can relax on sunbeds placed around it and cool down while enjoying the view. Location is great- only 800m from the beginning of Europa beach and near the city. Also, the apartments are right next to the strees where you can catch a mini-van (for 1€) to the city. There are also 2 markets in near-proximity. Our stay was so awesome, and we definitily plan to stay at this host (and visit Ulcinj itself) soon. 5️⃣?????!!!
