We had a great off-season stay at this lovely villa with friends. The place was peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our host, Marco, was super helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderfull stay at Markos apartment. A lot of parking space, which was important, because we travel with a trailer. Spent almost whole time on the terrace while we were at the apartment. Sunsets from the terrace are amazing. We also rented kayaks from Marko and watched sunset and sunrise from the river. We will definately come again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house on the river, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. It was easy to find, with all clear instructions and great communication with Marco. The property is stunning, with a terrace that offers breathtaking views of the river and surrounding nature. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening, the terrace is the perfect spot to relax and take in the serene environment. The house itself is well-equipped with excellent facilities that cater to all your needs. The kitchen is fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The living spaces are comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the view. One of the standout features is the terrace, which truly enhances the stay. It’s spacious enough for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or simply lounging while listening to the sounds of the river. The combination of fresh air, scenic views, and comfortable seating makes it a highlight of the property. In addition to the beautiful surroundings, the house offers good amenities, including Wi-Fi, AC, and comfortable bedding. The owners have clearly paid attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the house contributes to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Location of the house is great even if you don't have a car, because it is close to all the restaurants and the closest beach is 10 minutes walk. You can also rent a kayak and SUP at the property. Hakuna matata is a place I would highly recommend and would love to return to in the future.

Amazing location - we all loved it. Great to wake up on the river. Lovely beach bar at Ada Bojana.
There’s a huge amount of kitchen ‘stuff’ and duvets etc in cupboards - needs a sort out!

Great location, fantastic place, and spotless clean. It's nice waking up in the morning and enjoying a river view from the upper deck. Marko is a great host. Communication with him was very fast and straightforward. One day, the whole island was without electricity for a couple of hours, but thankfully, we had it because they have a power generator. Highly recommend this place! Marko, thank you once again!
Mosquitos can be annoying, but just bring repellers and you are safe ;)

This house is great! It has adorable terrace with stunning view, aircondition in every room and electric device against mosquitoes. Very good hygiene, sheets and towels smelled nice. I spent most of time just chilling out on the terrace and I still can't decide do I like better watching sunrise or sunset.

House is on amazing location, on the river. It’s safe for small children. We enjoyed sunset on deck. Marko is an amazing host, he gave us all useful information. We already booked our stay in July, can't wait!!!!

fully equipped kitchen (even to bake a birthday cake), electric mosquito defense, veranda, extremely friendly and supportive hosts/host family (thank you!), warm outdoor shower (the water of the river was still pretty fresh end of may), evening sun and sunset on the terrace, opportunity to let non-swimming kids play outside due to the fence.
nearest grocery store and registration for tourism tax requires a 20 min car drive to town (due to shoulder season)

The location was absolutely perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations. The house was very comfortable and cozy to stay in. Everything was also extremely clean and tidy prior to our arrival. Overall, one of the best experiences I've had in a long time! I recommended this place to all my friends who want to travel!

Very good, even high-end house in comparison to the other river houses. Comfortable sleeping for 7 (3 + 2 + 2) but not more if you want to still have normal usable living room as a common space. All beds but one are dbl (queen size) so good mostly for couples. Perfect terraces on the riverside, 2 bathrooms and barbacue to use!
Quite expensive especially considering housing only with no breakfast - there are decent and good hotels with additional services for over 200 € / night. It is probably cheaper for longer stays. All in all I highly recomend the place :)
