Wonderful
There are a lot of things to see in Kotor Bay, so good localization, great views from the house, nice sunbeds, very good wifi, air conditioning in every room, close to nice and fairly cheap restaurants, very quiet, clean, great cat who seems to live on the balcony of the house
There are some cold currents near the private beach, the water is pretty cold (better beaches are 5 min away by car), no tv, one bed was broken.

A wonderful holiday home with amazing views from the balcony & a good starting point to explore Montenegro. The house is very well stocked with everything you could need and extra towels, blankets, pillows. It was a really comfortable stay and I wish we had booked a longer stay here. Definitely recommend!
There was nothing you couldnt like about this property. The only thing to consider is that the distance from the house to the sea is about 50 meters away, in the listing photos it looks closer,
