We stayed at this lovely appartement during the month of August, it was way above expectations, first we did not expect it to be that big and spacious, the appartement had 2 bed rooms, one room with 2 beds, a bathroom and another bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, a huge corridor and a comfy living area, a well equipped kitchen with oven, stove, kettle, fridge freezer, and dish washer, everything we needed and the best of it all was of course the view and balcony which is exactly as the pictures, facing the beach and mountains.
The living room and one of the bedrooms had AC, the appartement was immaculate clean, with towels provided for shower ( not for swimming so do bring your own), soap in the bathrooms, hot water and soap for dishes too in the kitchen, clean bed sheets, pillows and duvets.
I can say that our stay was exceptional, the appartement is right next to a petrol station with a shop, and you are at walking distance from shops restaurants parks and of course a peaceful beach right across the street. We were there for 8 days and would 100% go back if we visit Montngro again.
Risan is the perfect city if you are looking for a peaceful and calm stay.
The building has parking outside and the two ladies we met who work there were very kind.
Highly recommend you to book!
I cannot say that we did not like something as we really enjoyed everything during our stay.
Unfortunately WiFi got disconnected after a storm which happened and they were not able to fix it but that was not an issue for us as we had sim cards and access to the Internet.
Language can be a slight barrier for communication as the lady working there that we mostly saw did not speak English but we could still communicate as needed :)

Apartment is in a very good location, right opposite of the beach, which is very convenient if you travel with small kids. It was clean and cosy, well equiped, kitchen has all utensils needed to prepare a proper meal. The beds were comfy. Huge balcony with beautiful view of the bay. Hosts were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Overall highly recommended place to stay in Boka Bay.

We lived in Apartment with the view not to the gas station side but directly to the sea , so we liked a lot the the amazing big balcony and the view from there , also the view siting in the living room . Apartment itself is very spacious and it was better what we excepted ( air conditioning in living room and in bedroom ), also very convenient that 2 wc / shower rooms . Location itself also good ( its possible to walk ( 3km) to Perast ( beautiful old city ) on newly built walkway near the sea ..
Even the beach is just in front , but the street between apartment and the beach is very intensive and noisy ( if windows are closed, no noise inside ), but sitting in balcony you hear not the sea but only the street and sometimes the smell from gas station near by . Everything else is perfect

The appartman is really nice, the staff was very friendly and helpfull. When we had a problem, they immediatelly tried to manage. I can recommend this place to everybody. We had a really good time there.

Very comfortable accommodation with big shaded outdoor seating area. Host lent us a parasol for the beach, which was much appreciated. Cute market in the village on Sunday mornings, where you can buy supplies. We would deff stay again if in the area.

The appartment is perfectly supplied (kitchen appliances) and well furnished (comfort mattresses, enough cleaned towels and bed linen) & wardrobes, everything is walking distance (beach, market, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, and local clinic), as well the host and staff are very welcoming and plesant. Definitely we will go back again.

The location is nice.
There is no AC in the 2nd bedroom. Its difficult during summer nights.
Hot water is enough for 1-2 people max. You have to make a shower schedule after youre back from the beach.

Beautiful view from the apartment! Very nice and spacious apartment, the staff is friendly. There is a parking place right beside the apartment house. Some bottles of drink were in the fridge at our arrival. Everything is nice and clear, Kotor bay is wonderful! Highly recommended!
NO COFFEE MACHINE!!! :( A microwave would be good as well in the kitchen. The smaller room does not have a climate, but this is ok.
