Beautiful little 1-bedroom apartment facing a garden, and only a block away from the beach. Risan is a super charming village and the apartment owners are very friendly. They even let us do laundry there.
Im a cat person so I didnt mind, but if you have a cat allergy note that there are lots of cats in the garden and if you keep your apartment door open theyll certainly try to sneak in.

Really great location, 2 minutes from the sea. Walking distance to some other beach areas. This is a good budget option for visiting Perast. Walking distance to Perast, sidewalk the entire way. Risan much quieter and more of a local feel. Room was spacious, host was helpful and kind.
The electrical system in the apartment needs some repairs. Some light switches were not functional. Just a small problem.

The beach was really close from the apartment. Bars and market 2 min away. Owner brought us his home made wine.

Very kind and nice host. Apartment was specious and clean. Town is a good change from crowded Kotor but still with charm of Kotor Bay

The location is great, easy to find. The room is spacious, and having a terrace was a big plus. Stayed here for 1 night only, but the apartment has everything you need for a longer stay: stove, kitchen utensils. It wasn't cold inside, but i noticed there are additional blankets for your need. Wifi is good.
There was no shower head for some reasons.

Excellent apartments and owners. Clean, good aircon, right next to the beach/sea, with free parking spaces around, superb wifi. Absolute recommendation!

everything as described, very clean, nice apartment, situated in beautiful stylish building, well equiped kitchen, clean bathroom, public parking is available opposite the street and in October is a lot of free places (I don t know how is in high season). The beach is very close like 40 meters from the house, just opposite the street, the biger one is available at the old closed hotel. Risan is beautiful, small and quiet place, perfect to visit Kotor bay and rest, there are restaurants, shops and park-everything very close. The water in the bay is dirter than in open sea but is still ok and nice. The host is very nice, gives all quests bottle of delicious homemade wine and homemade tasty pancakes when you arrive- thank you.
