Great location, lovely view from the balcony. We would stay again.
Light in upstairs bedroom didn’t work, some electrical sockets need to be tidied up. We would have liked a toaster.

The host was there within a few minutes to deliver the keys, the apartment has everything you require on a holiday, the location is a few meters to the bay and 10mins by car or bus to Kotor. mind you the bus stop is not marked and the bus operates once in an hour. A taxi will cost you about 10euros to Kotor.
The apartment accommodated 5, 3 with single beds each and a sofa bed, the Sofa bed was not super comfortable. There are no views available from this apartment.

The location of Villa Iva is fantastic, right by the bay, with a wonderful view, and the old town is just a short drive away. In the vicinity, there are restaurants and a small grocery store. The apartment was charming, and equipped with the necessities, the people welcoming us were friendly and the host was responsive. We wished we could stay longer.
Just an hour before checking out, the water stopped running from the tap which was rather inconvenient.

Convenient location, clean and spacious loft apartment and very communicative hosts. It has everything you need, whether short or long term stay. I had a great time and will be back if I visit Kotor again!
