What a great location. The rooms were very clean and our host could not have been more helpful. Our host offered to store our bags before check in and after check out so we could explore Kotor.

Beautiful well kept apartement. Looked brand new. Parking space was provided. There was air condition and all kitchen amenities needed. The apartment has a big terace with beautiful view of the mountains. The place has a well kept garden which is surrounding the house. The land lords were pleasant, smiling and helpful. They gave us fresh oranges from their garden.
Some background noise from a nearby swimmingpool ventilation. Otherwise perfect and calm place.

A/C only in the living room- bedrooms get a bit too hot

Nice and spacious apartment, with everything you would need. Very good location, close to old town and visitor sites. Good wifi quality and air conditioning. The host was very nice, friendly and helpfull.

It's about a 20 min walk to the old Town. Whilst this might not seem a lot when you do it two or three times a day it does become a chore walking back and forth all the time

We selected this property as it said double bed and sofa bed. Since I was visiting with a friend, we didn’t want to share a bed, when we arrived the sofa bed was just a sofa, the owner said that she had to select sofa bed on the website as there was no other option she could not understand how this was wrongly advertised and was not helpful in the least. We said we would take it up with booking.com, who (when they eventually replied) issued a part refund without any further questions.
The owner made this an uncomfortable stay as a result and was quite forceful about payment despite the fact we had said we were awaiting notification from booking.com

The owners were really kind, helpful, and available - even at night and last minute. The place is really nicely arranged and very clean, with a lovely view from the balcony and quiet for sleeping. We really enjoyed.
All was good - it was about a ten minute walk to the old town, but this wasn't an issue since it's nice and quiet for sleeping.

Apartment is just 10min from the Old Town, however there is a 30min walk to the city beach. The hosts were really nice. The apartment is well equiped with everything you need for a short stay.
For stay of 5 days we didnt got our towels changed. There is no nice beach nearby.

Verona's communication was very good. She helped us a lot in everything. The house was beautiful and clean. We were so pleased that we extended our stay for two more days. If we come to Kotor again, we will definitely choose this place again.

The weather was hot there in Montenegro. There was an air conditioner in the property but it was in the living room. No fan or AC in the bedroom. So we were forced to sleep in the living room. And the host always needs the AC off. Because it’s too much hot there we need to put the AC full time and the host didn’t like it.The checkout day she and her daughter came to the room and purposely they point out a small crack in a tile of the living room and she is pretending that we cracked the tile. It was purposely done because she knows we will not put a good review so she made a scene there. And we need to walk 20-25 minutes to reach the old town from there. This is our first experience like these. We have visited several countries before but this is the worst experience we ever had.So those who are going to book this property please be aware of the host and take all the pictures of the room before you enter. We went for an outing in one of the days and I am forced to put the Ac because of the heat because when we come back we can’t enter the room because of heat. That’s the only thing I did and I booked the room for 6 days and they haven’t changed the blankets or anything,they haven’t cleaned the room, they haven’t given us enough tea or coffee packs. Totally the worst stay I ever had in my life and in future I will not book a private host building I will only book hotels.

A quiet location in a residential neighborhood, about 15-20 min walk to the Old City.
Some people may find the location a bit remote from the attractions
Only 2-3 restaurants within 10-minute walk.
This place may work better for people traveling by car and looking for a very quiet stay.
