The family that runs this place are amazing. I had a problem with the original hotel I was supposed to stay in and left at midnight. Vasilji greeted me at 1 am. He showed me the ropes and gave me good tips. Given that this place is up on a hill, he drove me into town twice during my trip. He even showed me how to get to the center with a path that did not show up on Google maps.
As others have noted, bathroom could use a window.

It was quiet area. The host was very friendly and the apartment clean enough. Close to Kotor, 10 min by car.
Overall great, except of the bathroom which was just a bit smelly, no window. Maybe the internal fan needed to be changed, as it was old, but still it was acceptable.

This is the best place we have found during our Balcan trip. It is really a paradise. Scenic views, very clean and convenient apartment (very comfortable beds) and the most importantly AMAZING hosts. There is nothing Vasilij can not solve or help you with. Thank you for sharing your paradise with us.

Vasilyi was very kind, he helped us. Very nice view on Kotor fjord. Good location if you want to see and go to Kotor fjord, which is very nice.

Big and very clean room.
Vasili and his family are very good people and it was nice to stay and talk with them. They always did their best for us to fell comfortable.
The view at Kotor Bay is very beautiful.
The bathroom smell that others complains was present only in one morning, but it wasn't a big deal.

Location, free car parking available.
Small bathroom, the shower has the water heater inside living little room for showering confortably. The bedroom has no AC and is very hot. We could not sleep there. The AC in the living room is old and not powerful enough for the whole apartment in summertime.

De apartment was spotless clean. The beds where comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped. You can park your car for free in front of the apartment. The host was very friendly. However, there was one huge problem and that was the bad smell from the bathroom. If I wouldn't take the bad smell into account, the apartment is definitely worth a 9.
I read it before in these reviews, there can be a bad sewage smell from the bathroom. It might be due the weather, so we might have been very unlucky, but during our stay the smell from the bathroom came right into our bedroom and was very very unpleasant. It even kept us from sleeping. And after all, sleeping is one of the main reasons for staying in the apartment.

The apartment was very clean and cosy. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything needed. It was nice to sit on the terrace with a great view. We enjoyed staying there!
A little bit far from the old Town by foot. Better to take a Taxi.

Wonderful
Hosts were great and very friendly (father and son). They had good home made rakija and we had wuite few toghether in the evenenings. It's located a bit out of Kotor but it was really close (maybe 5 minutes drive) plus it was on a hill so view was good. Facilities were very clean and air conditioned and towels are provided. You have fully equipped kitchen. There was free parking right in front. Would stay again for sure.
