Wonderful
Gorgeous house, perfect for a group of friends. Great common spaces and backyard. Ivana was a fantastic host and assisted with many activities, always responsive. Access to the jetty and sea right across the street was so lovely. Good access to Tivat and Kotor.
I didn’t realize when I booked that only two bedrooms have air conditioners. The other rooms had fans, and it was okay at night, but it’s hot and if AC is important to you it’s important to know when booking.

Amazing water front location, and great outdoor spaces such as the terrace, garden and covered patio. Spacious house for ten people.
We didn’t realise there wasn’t aircon in every bedroom, and there could have been some more staples in the house such as salt and pepper.

We fell in love with the stone building. The property was in a quiet and peaceful location. Close to Kotor and and to a couple of great restaurants. Friendly host.

- Points: There are no mosquito nets at windows and there are many mosquitos. Mosquito repellent sprays are useful but not good enough as a solution.

In front of the sea. Peaceful and quiet area. Nice local restaurants close to the house. Private deck you can use to sunbath and swim.
No window and view from bedroom. A bit far from Kotor city center. There is a narrow road which is not easy to reach to the center with car. The sea was not very nice same as the rest of Kotor. Budva’s sea is way better.

For us, the location was perfect - close enough for easy access to Kotor, but away from the cruise ship crowds. It is a lovely old heritage House. We especially loved the terrace out front. Hosts were great.

Location is good for travellers with the car, very nice garden and the house, the owner is very nice and welcoming. Convenient access to water.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful huge garden with many sitting spots, perfect location quiet and nice, several steps to the sea. The hosts are super kind and helpful. The apartment is lovely and cosy. Thank you ?
