The view from the balcony isn't too bad.
This is a very bad deal. In the same area, you can find much better for the same price range.
Already from the check in, you don't feel welcome, the staff is rude and the reception is a dump.
Entering the room, we noticed that the toilet hadn't been cleaned and pointed it out. As a response, we were given a smelly product to do the job ourselves. The room is "fake cleaned", under the bed you can find which has been sitting there for years.
Our balcony was on the side and not in the front as shown in the pictures.

View is amazing. Apartment is light and well positioned. Parking is available on the premises.
You need to have a car to access the property. Great if you do, but too remote if you don’t.

It was closed to kotor.The view was fun. Also it has parking
When we arrived the room wasnt cleaned properly. There were hairs on the floor and the bathroom wasnt so clean. Also the wifi connection isnt good. We tried to connect to the internet but we couldnt so easily. Last but not least there was problem with the lights in the bathroom.

The view is amazing, it’s worth it ! Also, the facility is really nice and clean ! Finally, the host is really kind ! For all these reasons I highly recommend vila Vedesa !

The location is good, very close to the town. Parking available in front of the villa. AC, intenet and functional TV.
The room was not clean. Spider nets all over the palce. Dirty remote control.

View was amazing, especially if you like plane spotting! Location is good if you have a car as it's right off a main road about 10/15 mins drive from Kotor. Room was basic but functional.
Could do with a deep clean as there were some areas with dust/cobwebs but the bedding was clean. Shower was hot but could do with a hook so you can stand under it. Make sure you heed the rules!

The owner was kind enough to wait for us even when we were late because we got lost. The surrounding mountains and Boka Kotorska were beautiful.
The bathroom wasn't clean.

very good stay, close to kotor but also good location for exploring the area without stayin in traffic, this might be one of better places to stay in Kotor, view from the balcony amazing
