We had a great stay at Kadena Apartments. The location is absolutely stunning — right on the seafront, with breathtaking views of the bay. It was easy to find and is situated on a quiet, scenic road that runs along the coast. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and amenities within walking distance, which made things very convenient. I especially loved being able to go for a morning run along the coast — peaceful and beautiful.
The apartments themselves are simple, clean, and comfortable — just what we needed. There was ample parking, and our host, Remi, was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, a lovely spot in a perfect location — would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Kotor Bay.
A couple of small things to note: the shower head holder wasn't working, and the bathroom could use some ventilation. Also, we tend to travel with a lot of bags, so we found the room a little short on space for all our things.

The bathroom was big and the laundry machine super useful. The outside kitchen wasn’t enough to cook an amazing meal, but helpful for just making something quick. The property is right on the lake with its own little access, which was convenient since we were there in August when it was very hot.
The host was super nice and helpful and even allowed us to use her SUP for a quick paddle!
The apartment is technically in Dobrota and not in Kotor. We thought Kotor would be easily accessible from the apartment, but unfortunately, this was not the case. There’s just one bus (blue line) that runs once an hour, but is frequently late. Ride-hailing apps like Lyft don’t exist in Kotor, so you have to rely on taxis when you wanna go anywhere that doesn’t work with the bus schedule or route. However, we found these taxi companies hard to use as they were frequently overbooked and contradictory in their communication (we communicated with them on WhatsApp). One time, we couldn’t reserve a ride 1 day in advance because they were apparently fully booked. Learning from that lesson, we asked them more than 1 day in advance to reserve a taxi for us to get to the main bus stop for the day we were leaving and had to catch our booked bus. They told us it would be no problem and that we could just text 10min before we wanted to leave. Once we did that, they told us they were fully booked. Luckily, we were early enough to be able to take the bus since we half-expected this, but it was really annoying.
This is of course not the apartment’s fault, just something to be aware of if you stay here.

Disappointing
It's one apartment in a big house with multiple apartments. This one is on the ground level and has an exit directly into a small garden area in front that's rather cute. Also it's a beachfront property so you can go for a swim basically anytime.
The host was kind and pleasant, and a parking spot was provided on the property.
Small apartment with wierd layout. Maybe used to be a garage and got repurposed, I can't really tell for sure.
Other than the front door and surrounding surface there's not a single window in the apartment.
When you enter the apartment you get into the main living room that's a rectangle shape of about 2.5:1 ratio, so it's narrow and long. At the end of which is tiny version of a kitchen. Very minimalistic, just to satisfy the formality of a kitchen.
To the right is the bedroom, rather small, just big enough for the double bed and walk around. Bed mattress was very thin, maybe 10cm, so the bed was rather uncomfortable.
Access to bathroom is from the bedroom. It's very small, maybe 3 m2 in total. Tiny shower area and a tiny sink + toilet. Not a single flat surface in the bathroom to put down anything.
Location is almost 4km away from the old town.. it's at least a 45min walk. But this is something you can see while booking the apartment.

It's a great place to vacation. Apartment with good repair, the room is bright, the TV has a smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix.
Very friendly hosts who are always ready to help you, I am delighted with them! The room has its own terrace overlooking the sea, and the beach is literally 20 meters away. The room has a panoramic window overlooking the sea and it is wonderful. We had a very comfortable vacation there!

I had a very pleasant stay at this villa, an oasis of peace, spacious, clean apartment that is a step away from the water. Mirela and her family are very welcoming, friendly, warm hosts who welcome you with open arms. We served a very tasty dinner right next to the water, very beautiful. I will definitely come back

Beautiful location on the quieter side of the bay. Views from our room were beautiful. The room was great with a spacious kitchen. The hosts were incredibly kind.

The apartment was clean and comfortable in a nice location on the waterfront. Easy to walk across the street for a swim and to relax. Restaurants were within fairly easy walking distance. Mirela was a fabulous host and was very helpful and responsive. She found taxis for me when I arrived and left, and was there to greet me when I arrived and to say goodbye when I left...wonderful hospitality.
Everything was great. Wifi was sometimes weak and unstable but only for a short time.

Excellent seafront location with nice view, from the bed to the beach there were basically 20m. Helpful host, apartment had also a very useful kitchenette.

Mirela is an excellent Host, very flexible and available (for check-in / check-out).
There is place for parking and we never had an issue to find place during the first week of August in front of the Apartment.
the location is perfect : close to Kotor, but without all the noise and the crowd, and in front of the sea. it’s really a paradise.
