Property was very clean and hosts were amazing. The father came out to greet us and was extremely kind and sweet. They made a cake for his birthday the next day and even offered us a slice !!

Located in a beautiful peaceful place away from city noise and crowd. Only 5 minutes to Trsteno beach and less than 10 minutes away from Jaz. The place was super clean with everything you need for the stay . And the owners are family people extremely nice- they asked every day if everything was ok and if we needed anything.

The stay was in a quiet and peaceful location, the flat was very clean that we could smell the cleaning detergent (we didn't mind this) :D Our host Marija was very friendly and helpful, came to greet us and was even so kind to provide extra toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner and shower gel when I requested this, as we arrived on a Sunday the shops were closed so we couldn't purchase these beforehand and didn't know the shops were closed fully on Sundays. There were plenty of extra towels in the cupboards, hangers, blanket etc. The kitchen cupboards/drawers had necessary cutlery and plates, washing liquid etc. No disturbance or noise from other flats, there is a nice breeze at nights if you open the balcony however flies will come in so beware of that. You could see the sea at a distance from the balcony, it is not a close view though however the drive towards the beaches in Budva were not too far away (around 10 mins drive).
If you are looking for a stay right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city then this is not your place, as it is a little secluded, it did take us a while to find the location. Perhaps for residents it might be easier :) Podgorica Airport is quite far away (around 1.5 hours drive) so bear that in mind. There is quite a bit of drive towards other major tourist attractions such as Perast and Kotor however Budva is really close where there are a lot of restaurants, markets, nightlife etc.

This property was perfectly clean, room was spacious, fresh and terrace is big enough, wiev was amazing which includes mountains and the adriatic sea. If you rent a car and love calm nature, you can absolutely choose this place. Riding to sveti stefan is about 25 minutes include the intense traffic. Budva is close as 15 min. But one of the best beach jaz is close as 5 min. There is a supermarket near jaz and it has all the thing you need. Also hosts are generous and welcoming people, i appreciated them for everything.

Great apartment, equipped with everything you need, clean, linens and towels smelled fresh and clean. Peaceful and quiet place, great for vacation, just a few kilometers from Budva. The owners are great people, nice, hospitable and always there for anything needed. During our stay we also received a dessert home-made by the owners (strudel with apple and cinnamon). A great gesture from them. The next time we come to Budva, this apartment will be our choice.

Amazing apartment with a super beautiful view from a balcony. Comfy beds, high ceilings, nets on the windows from insects, functional kitchen. 8 min by car to the one of the main beaches. The host was always in touch and very welcoming. A spare word about the dad of the host: an amazing guy who met us at our arrival and made an amazing job that we feel comfortable at their place! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The property is in a perfect location, away from the busy area of Budva but within reach of everywhere you'd want to go (5 min drive to the beach - Ploce, Jazz, Trsteno), 10 minute drive to Budva. Supermarket nearby, kitchenette with basic kitchen utensils. Friendly hosts!

Nice and spacious apartment, set 5 km near Budva. I liked the location, because it is between Budva and Kotor, very good for day trips.
The apartment is super, just like in the pictures.
The owners are very helpful and they live downstairs. They were very nice to give us cake.
I would come back here for sure !

I liked a lot the host of apartment. He was very polite and hospitable. Any issues raised by me were solved quickly (like problems with WiFi, cutlery, trash bag, etc.).
Location is greate for those people who don't want to live in noisy place.

It is a very cozy place with a very good location if you are traveling by car. Wonderful and hospitable hosts, to whom we would like to give hugs and thanks again. Everything was clean, comfortable, beautiful, cozy, hospitable. There are always free parking spaces.
There are beautiful and completely different beaches nearby (small and large, with entertainment and restaurants and without), so there is an opportunity to diversify your vacation

The apartment was exceptional clean, furniture, bathroom and appliances are new, hosts were very polite and friendly, ready to share with you all kind of suggestions were to go and what to visit ? The apartment is located in the totally peacefull area, rooms are very spacious with the huge balconies which have large view on the open sea, very large green garden (grass and trees) parking is in the garden, just in front of the apartment. Hosts will offer you coffee and fresh fruit ? Nearest beaches are very close 5-10min driving from the apartment.
There's nothing I can complain about.

It's a nice place to get away from touristy Budva. It was a bit difficult to find it at first, but only at first. Everything in the room was clean. Kitchen had all the necessary things. The view from the window was fantastic! The owner let us check out a bit later. Thank you!
