Well, no breakfast, but we knew this as we booked. The host was very kind, she supervised the whole process of accomodation (we were 12 people!!). Parking on site. A superb view on the Kotor Bay, splendid in the evening, gorgeous in the morning.
1. Allthough the main road to the location is the "Adriatic Magistrale", the magistrale is somewhat narrow on occasions. It is not dangereous, but it is more suitable for a little bit more experienced drivers. Difficult to find the location, (a general problem in the area, by the way), but you have to have confidence, the navigator finds its way. 2. Practically all of the appartments are on higher levels. Relatively dificult for older / heavier people. But, believe me: It's worth trying!

Great view from the balcony. quick walk to beach, shop & eating places
handle on the pot missing in the kitchen. No bathroom sink plug. Loud music coming from the Hyatt nearby for most of the time we were there. Hyatt said it was for a private function and there was nothing they could do about it. Poor form from the Hyatt, I thought. Obviously nothing could be done, it was just annoying

I can say with full responsibility that this is property with the most beautiful view on the Kotor Bay. It is based view minutes drive from Kotor which can easily be taken by car or bike. Moreover it is really close to 2 nice beaches. Landlady was super nice and helpful. The apartment was fully equipped and specious. We loved our short stay there. Despite we spent there just 2 nights cleaning lady cleaned the apartment after first night. Wifi was very fast. It is 10 out of 10 score!

The room is clean and tidy. The view of the apartment is the highlight. The host is friendly and responsive of showing me the right way to the apartment. A handy supermarket nearby.
Google map shows the wrong way. I'd suggest the host to add a illustration photo about the correct path to reach the property. Driving near Kotor is a bit nightmare, narrow road and so many cars during the holiday season.

the cat is really cute! nice view and convenient location with supermarkets
only one toilet not really enough, only living room got air conditioner, very boiling for rooms at nights, no scissors or kitchen roll, didn’t refill salt and sugar at first, not much containers to use in kitchen, generally not really family friendly.

Fabulous location with far reaching views over Kotor Bay - really beautiful! Clean and comfortable. Bed really comfortable!! Reasonably priced for the area (but a little more than in other parts of Montenegro). We had a problem with the aircon and the host contacted a maintenance man immediately: it was all fixed in a couple of hours- this level of service was much appreciated!
The bathroom is a bit dated, but clean and functional/ no problem for us!

The host was extremely accommodating, giving us clear instructions on how to get the bus, where the shops are, and where to eat. The view was also the most amazing view I've ever seen in my life. To get into Kotor you need to bus or taxi but the buses are really convenient and come regularly. Can't recommend more!

The best part of this property is the picturesque views from the balcony - the photos do not do it justice. It is in a very convenient location as you have a beach close by but also buses run frequently so you can easily get to the busier places such as Kotor quite easily. I met Milena the owner several times and she was the kindest person I came across on my trip. She went above and beyond to help make our stay as easy and seamless as possible. Her husband even helped us change our flat tyre when we arrived! Bedding was comfortable, air con worked really well. I would come back here in a heart beat!

The apartment is in a beautiful environment. We had a beautiful view of the Bay of Kotor from the huge terrace. The property is well equipped. We will definitely come next year.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, we loved the terrace with the view to the bay. We liked the small public beach close to the house, which was not crowded and had affordable basic food options.
We missed mosquito net from the windows a lot. We could not open them overnight to ventilate the bedrooms without letting hungry insects in. This is definitely an area of improvement for the hosts. Even better if it comes with proper window shade.
