Great private beach, really comfortable and with a great view, the beds were clean and comfortable, there is a nice view from the bedroom windows and the host is really nice
I really don’t like writing negative opinions about places I visit, but to be honest I must admit that the apartment we were staying in (number 3) trully needs renovation… while the bedrooms were nice and clean, the bathroom was terrible. The bath tube cannot even be cleaned properly because it’s very old and just looks dirty. There is a window in the bathroom but you cannot open it as some construction material was stuck there. You walk straight into a tiny dark kitchen, you need to be carefull using the kitchen water because it’s always cold or boiling temperature. There is a dishwasher but only one tablet was left for us (we were four person staying three nights).

We had an amazing stay at this apartment, which is perfect! It has a beautiful yard and a private dock that offers a peaceful and picturesque setting. Daliborka and her husband are exceptional hosts, always there for anything you need, and incredibly kind. Guests can use the kayak and paddle through the stunning Boka Bay. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to return here!

This is an incredible location to relax and unwind, but close enough to Kotor to see some sights. A private platform by the sea for sunning and swimming. Spacious apartments with all amenities in proper working order. The owners are beautiful people. It’s a lazy, chilled but luxurious atmosphere. I already miss the place

We had a pleasure to stay here.
- Very beautiful place and view of the Kotor bay. 10 minutes by car to Kotor. There’s also a bus.
- Clean and neat apartment with all necessary equipment.
- The owner (Dali) is very hospitable, picked us up from Kotor and gave some tips about exploring the area.
- There is a private pier by the sea where you can take sunbath and swim.
- There are several restaurants nearby, as well as convenience store and bakery.
There were a few issues that haven’t affect our stay, but still it’s good to mention it to future guests:
- It’s a bit noisy from the road. You can hear passing cars, motorcycles and people even when the windows are closed.
- When you take a shower, you always need to wipe the floor afterwards, because it’s constructed incorrectly.

We loved our stay at Saxo. As promised we could park our car (the owner moved hers so we could park)
The appartment was bigger and more modern than we expected.
And then the location.. only a few km to old town so easy to take a cab or even drive yourself to park nearby there. (The host can give you tips where)
With a small private beach it was a nice combination of relaxing and swimming during the day and visiting Kotor in the evenings.
So far the nicest host we have met during all our travels, she is very open to help and gives you tips and knows the history of Kotor and her house which is very interesting.

Dream comes true. Four years ago when we just passed through Prjanc, my husband showed me The Apartment Saxo and told me that next time he would hope to stay in that apartment. Luckily we stayed this time and we really loved the apartment and the exceptional host dear Dali. She has a kind heart that you can feel in just seconds. She gave us good recommendations about the local konabas. We really liked the restaurant she recommended us. During our stay and even on our way back home she continued supporting us. We felt ourselves as if we are in our own flat. There is nothing to criticize negatively. The cosy and confortable flat has all equipments that one can need. The view from the flat is magical in every hour. Thanks dear Dali. Hope to see you and stay at your lovely apartment again.

What didn't we like?? This is my second stay here (and the first time for my partner). I came back here for the comfortable apartment, the incredible view, the private sea platform, and most of all for the absolutely lovely host. I have definitely never stayed anywhere more idyllic and tranquil, nor have a I met such a kind and caring host. The location is a 5-7 min taxi ride outside of Kotor, and I would highly recommend choosing this location over staying in or around Old Town. Taxis are really cheap and easy to order via Viber. It's well worth the commute, and Prcanj is also worth exploring. It has some greate dining options in local Konobas.

for me this place is like home ! every time i can i’m back there . is magic the view , u have the sea in front of u , just some steps and here u are in the beach , quite area , lovely people it looks like the old times with the yard in front the house , the caffe near by and a smell of flowers around . every thing is perfect , very clean and the owner Dali is so nice in everything ! I miss already this place !!
