Excellent location! Great restaurant downstairs to unwind with a glass of wine and great food. Views from the balcony were amazing. We loved it!

We loved the location. Great view of the church, mountains and the town. Walkable to everything.
Although there are quite a few stairs to the top apartment, but myself and my young daughters, we didn’t mind. We are pretty active people. Also had a decent kitchen and clean bathroom. The host was always responsive and helpful. His Son helped me with luggage since I fractured my toe on the rocky beach. I would highly recommend this fabulous apartment!
Only thing was we stayed during the weekend and there was loud music in the square till late night like midnight or 1 AM which my daughter didn’t mind much but I couldn’t sleep through. But I should’ve known since staying in center of old town. Also wish there was a coffee machine to make coffee in the morning or afternoon without going up and down to grab some fron coffer shop. The host did provide some ground coffee, but I had no idea how to make it in a pot without a strainer ( being an American and use to a coffee machine)

Wonderful
The apartment is nice and spacious, large bathroom and kitchen (very large fridge). It is also equipped with AC (I didn't use it). The place is very close to the cathedral (very nice view), be aware that the church bell start ringing at 6 am, but if you keep your windows closed, it isn't a problem.
The location is really nice but hard to find. We've had a lot of help from locals, and finally we found it. The best option is to call the owner.
The exact location is 42.424567139330556, 18.770755866782157 (black iron gate).
The stairs to the apartment are quire steep and can be a bit challenging if you have a large suitcase.

I stayed here solo. The host picked me up from within the old town as I couldn’t find the apartment. Nice and secure apartment with two keys to get to - beautiful views and excellent location in the old town. Excellent communication any time I messaged with a question. Beautiful clean apartment!

Very nice apartment. Very clean. Great location.
Few lamps were missing. Some stuff is in fridge. The information about free parking available is misleading. The apartment has NO parking. Free parking may be available in the town. We had to pay for paid parking because the “free” location was always occupied.

*Was told there was free parking available. Not quite correct. Actually free parking available only if there is a space otherwise go to large car park nearby and pay €0.80/hour

*No hooks in bathroom to hang anything.

*Kotor is expensive compared to the rest of Montenegro

Great location. Very helpful host helped me find a free carpark for my stay and went out of his way to help me navigate to the apartment.
Spacious and comfortable. Very secure and safe.
Lacking some small details, mainly in the bathroom. No towel rails, no soap or shampoo, awkward shower head that couldn’t be adjusted to a good angle.

Great location, really nice balcony.
The owner addressed issues quickly.
The room wasn't thought through. E.g. there wasn't a tea towel to dry dishes.
It rained heavily when we were there and water was coming in through the balcony door and even through the walls.
There isn't parking. The 'free street parking' is next to impossible to get.

The location was perfect in the middle of the old town and the host was very considerate, friendly and was also offering transfers or boat tours. He also was available at any time and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
There was no parking nearby since you can't drive into the old town and there was never a spot available in the free parking lot next to the old town.
Also it was a bit noisy in the evening since you can hear the live music from the restaurants nearby.

Disappointing
Bit tricky to find even with phone directions but the owner very kindly send her son to meet us which was appreciated. The apartment was clean and a great location. Very nice bathroom. Also good to have a separate bedroom .
Although we didn't intend to cook it would have been difficult in the apartment as the kitchen didn't have a lot of utensils etc. There was one very small frying pan and one very small saucepan. There seemed to be a random selection of odd classes and could only find two mugs. The kitchen and bathroom sink didn't have plugs so couldn't fill with water. No tea towels available for drying anything. Couldn't find plug socket(s) in the kitchen so had to plug the kettle in beside the bed or the TV. The towels were almost threadbare and the sheet on the bed had a hole in it. The beds were not made up and we were given one sheet as a cover. Reading the list of things available with the apartment there is an awful lot missing.

The location is the only good thing. However, plenty of other more decent places near by so not worth it
The worst experience ever and a terrible apartment manager.
First of all, the Air conditioner wasn’t working properly and the balcony door was loose, so the heat was coming from outside. We called the property owner and she sent us one of her friends, he kind of blocked the balcony door ( and he looked like he is used to do so), and asked us to never touch it ( even though we booked this apartment for the balcony itself ). We called her again and then she asked us to leave if we don’t like the property, she also claimed that she can refund us our money, I sent her through booking the request to waive the cancellation fee so we can leave as their are plenty of other much nicer options in the same area, but she refused to waive the cancellation fee (she lied to us and wants us to leave without getting our money back). And then started declining all our calls and left us deal with that heat for the full 2 days.
