It was a great experience in Kotor, even though it is 20 mins walk to old town, place was in a great location with a sea view. Host was helpful, helped us in every way, short text back time as well. It was clean and tidy. Thank you

View was great! Host was answering quickly and gave good instructions. Nice to have a washing machine
The light was not creating coziness. For this nice view, we would have wished to have clean windows. The mattress were sagging. For a short term good enough but not for more than two nights.

The location was in walkable distance to the center and it was located in a calm and cosy neighbourhood, near the lake to swim there as well. We had a water shortage on the last day where the owner let us check us late and it was very kind of him.

It was very close to the beach
They lie - the apartment doesn’t look same as the pictures, the air conditioning is only in the living room (room is super hot!!!), the bed was uncomfortable, the fan in the bathroom is super loud, there isn’t a shower gel/shampoo/anything and it’s 20/30 minute walk from the nearest restaurant/supermarket

PROS:
- Apartment is very nice, modern, clean.
- Doors on bathroom, living area, and bedroom.
- Panini maker in the kitchen.
- Location offers a nice view of Kotor Bay and fortress, especially from street.
- Quiet street away from noisy tourist area.
- Fair nightly rate.
- Bed and pillows are very comfortable.
- Clothes washer and drying rack provided.
- Efficient heating unit in living area, and small one provided in bathroom.
- Owner (Alex) very responsive with requests and any issues that popped up.
CONS:
- Sink in bathroom is small.
- Internet was wonky a few times over our 5 days.
- No microwave oven in kitchen, but e made due with stove.
- On the last day, the shower drained very slowly (Advised owner - he was sending someone to look into it - I told him to not worry for us).
* For those with mobility issues, know that the walk to Old Town is about 20 minutes, and near the apartment there is a steep hill, but it only takes a minute or two to climb.

Big, clean and cosy apartment with two terraces overlooking Kotor Bay. Smooth communication with the host, everything went easily and we liked this place a lot. It is a 20-minute walk from the old town, providing also a good parking spot.

The apartment was nice and clean with a beautiful sea view. Alex was available and helpful. It is not in the crowded part of Kotor and it was quite and near to the shore. Parking was easy. We recommend for families.
AC could be more efficient but it’s not an issue.
