The balcony with a view, the comfortable rooms, the host is kind and responsive to messages. He picked us up from the Old Town when we arrived which we were very grateful for! Close to the apartment is a bus stop, supermarket, bakery and small swimming beach. The apartment is located in a quiet residential road, no noise at night. We enjoyed staying in a quieter part of Kotor but within easy bus reach of the busy Old Town.

Nice view, easy parking next to the house, good location, if you are looking for a small town to explore surrounding. Nice garden.
It’s old and was not super clean, dust everywhere, towels provided were worn out and super thin, beds are not comfortable and squeaky, kitchen is super basic and also worn out. Top bed sheets were not washed. The bathroom constantly had canalization smell coming out of pipes.
This place needs a renovation and new furniture. Paper thin walls - you can hear water running 2 rooms apart from bathroom.
It’s also not cheap, we paid 90€ for a day during a non season period. I don’t recommend it for long stays.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Location is not central and there is not the clearest view of the ocean from the properties.

The apartment is nice and clean. The host is very kind and willing to help. The view is lovely next to the most excellent beaches in Kotor. It is a little bit far from the old town, but you can rent a scooter or take the bus. They have a supermarket, and if you are looking to enjoy a relaxing time, this is the perfect place for you.
It is far from the old town, but it was a bonus for me because I wanted to relax. The check-in process is a little bit tricky, so I suggest explaining how to reach the host in the right house in the backyard.

The best host, the aparment was nice and clean with a separate entrance. Cute little garden and a lot of parking spaces within 10 meters. The sea, stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walk.
Nothing to complain about.
It might be a little too far from old town, but it depends on how you travel and if you actually need that.

The hostess together with her husband are very nice!!! There were a few touching moments- it was Sunday when we got there so almost all markets were closed and we couldn't buy water it was really killing us. We came back to send messages to the husband he came to us with a big bottle of fresh water!!! For free!!!! They are just so amazing! Love them! Please come here you will love it and feel at home! :)))

There is a curtain separated the room and bathroom to other rooms. Lola was very nice.

The enviroment was absolutely stunning. Zora was a really kind and helpful host. I could reccomend the Andrea Apartmants to Anyone. The equipment of the apartman was fabolous. If i travel again to Montenegro i will definitely go to the Andrea Apartmans.
I personally really missed a microwave but thats my opinon.

Zoran and Lola are great hosts and made us feel like we are at home. The property and the rooms are exceptional and you have everything what you need for a more than good stay and needs. The location of the house is great and there is parking provided nearby which is superb. You can also enjoy the outdoor yard and the barbecue also.
Will definitely visit them again in future!
