The host was helpful as he helped me carry my big suitcase from car to the room. Room was clean and decent size.
Did not like the stairs to go down to my room and the entrance to the house yard was very steep. The location was far from the main town and road was narrow and kind of dirt track

The location is ok. The apartment has everything necessary for the stay and it’s pretty spacious. The owner is very kind.
Cleaning must be improved. The owner did however mention the lack of staff for cleaning in Kotor in general.
A small renovation would come in handy. I’m sure he could benefit a lot more if he does some renovation and changes some furniture. No card payments, so be prepared to pay in cash.

Rooms were small and full of unnecessary things like an old mattress and extra bed for two making the room like suitable for four persons, but being in fact too small for two people.

The street leading to the property is in bad condition, and the entrance into the property is very steep. Please be very careful at night/rain.

I did not mind the location as I like the walk 2.2 km to centre.The apartment has everything I needed and a great view of city from the balconyUnfi
Unfortunately the host did not speak very good English and didn't understand my messages I sent him about entry.It was late at night and if it had not been for a really good taxi driver that took me there ,I would never have found it..The taxi driver even phoned the host to let him know we were outside.Tje apartment had everything required but was cold and had a musty smell

The landlord was really nice to us and very eager to tell us about the town. He asked if everything in the apartment was to our liking. The apartment facilities were exceptional and we had everything one could need to cook. Perhaps it's a little further away than most apartments but it's really worth the walk: the road has many beautiful houses to see, as well as the coastline.
