The staff made the difference. Everyone from the lovely cleaning woman to the baristas, wait staff and Gul, who seemed to be everywhere always helping and making sure we were enjoying ourselves. I also want to mention Sofjia who communicated prior to our visit and answered my every question. She was patient and professional. A winning combination.
I had trouble finding the Spa and the workout facilities. But then again, I have a bad sense of direction.

The location was excellent, rooms were cozy and the bed was so comfortable! Breakfasts were amazing! The sea side, the nature is beautiful!
We have waited for 2 hours for a baby crib :/ 3 times I have asked for it. The floors were not so clean inside the room, a bit dusty.

We enjoyed the great breakfast!
The room had everything you needed and more. The view from the hotel is great!
The staff was very nice and helpful.
We had a great time and would come back anytime.
We were a little disappointed with the spa facilities. We were told that there would be more than just the 2 saunas. And from those two only one worked.
Also on the rainy day the table availability of the breakfast room was hard and very crowded.

The mattress was kind of broken. Shower soap dispenser is very inconvenient.
Pool is open, but so cold making it impossible to swim.

We stayed for about 3 days.
Breakfasts were good and varied - plenty of options and everything was fresh. The spa was okay, nothing special but nice enough to relax.
Staff in the restaurant and housekeeping were very friendly and always smiling ?
We had a sea view room - it was beautiful! The location is also nice and scenic, but quite far from the city.
Walking to Kotor takes around an hour, so it’s much better if you have a car or scooter. Parking costs €15 per day, but they kindly allowed us to park our scooter in front of the building for free (if there’s space).
Honestly, the hotel doesn’t really feel like a 5-star (or even a 4-star) — the price is definitely too high for what you get. Everything looks a bit worn out: furniture, bathroom, decor. The shower was leaking and water collected on the floor after each use.

The staff was super kind and helpful during my stay. The room was clean, quiet and had everything I needed. I loved the view of the bay from my room. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this to my friends!

The room was spacious with great view, the location was very nice, walking distance to a few nice restaurants. Nice swimming pool and beach area as well.
The mattress was too soft for us. Bathroom could have been more clean.
Breakfast options were not impressive.

Requested bay view room and the view from the balcony and bedroom was beautiful… spent a lot of time on balcony.
Room was separate living trim and bedroom. Rooms were large. Breakfast was good with indoor and outdoor seating.
I could walk to town, old town and harbor- about 1.8 miles, but I also had a rental car. I drove there from Dubrovnik. They had large beach area with beach bar, umbrellas, etc. Restaurant onsite and at beach. Pool was two stories and not huge but beautiful and large enough.
