We had an amazing stay in this apartment in Budva! It’s truly a gem, perfectly located at the start of the walking street that leads directly to the Old Town, and just a short walk to the beaches and restaurants. The apartment is lux-class, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed.
Valentina, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Just a note for future guests: there are extra charges for some services — parking (€15 per night), breakfast (€9 per person), and access to the indoor heated pool (€15 per adult).
Overall, a fantastic place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, style, and a great location in Budva. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable apartment, perfect for families or groups of friends. Was beautifully clean, fridge had water and beers, amazing value for money definitely.
Not the fault of the apartment, but to use the pool in the hotel was €15 each per day, so I’d recommend just going to the beach (1 min walk from the apartment) instead.

Our apartment has a great view. It included all modern facilities, including a beautiful kitchen and spacious, very interesting designed living room. The apartment is perfectly clean. Hosts very friendly and always at your disposal. We had everything we needed.
It’s excellent and met all our expectations. We will be back!

The location was exceptional for us as a family with 2 boys aged 16 & 13. We could come and go as we please, either to the stone beach ( 2min walk) or the hotel pool on the 15th floor (great for rainy days). The beach is lined with cafe/restaurants and if you walk to the end (marina) your in the old town. The apartment was clean and everything was new. The beds are new and clean but a little on the firm side for a comfortable nights sleep and the bedding consisted of a sheet and a large beech towel per person (so not ideal), but clean non the less. Lounge TV has Netflix, so the boys where happy.
Valentina, kindly left some water/juice and beer in the fridge for our arrival.
Budva itself is a bit of a party town, which isn’t what we were after but our boys liked all the activity.
The transaction of money, is via international bank transfer for the deposit and the rest in cash on arrival.
I would recommend this apartment, and would stay again. Thank-you

1. there were no blankets, and small syntactic sheets instead of proper bed-lignings.
2. the location is good but the view is mainly on the empty dirty ground

The apartment is very modern, big and well-furnished with beautiful views of both the hills and sea. The beds are comfortable, fridge was stocked with beer and water on arrival. It's only a very short walk to the beach where you can stroll along to the old town. Valentina is an excellent host, even left us some drinks and beers.
There are only local TV stations, the addition of Netflix would help. The staff at the hotel reception weren't very helpful and understood little English.

The property itself was STUNNING!! It is situated in a residential apartment block with secure access and an easy process to pick up the keys. The apartment was very spacious, high ceilings, very comfortable, modern kitchen and in a perfect location to stroll down to old Budva town. We couldn't have asked for more from our stay, it was perfect and we will definitely stay again when we visit in the future.
