The ambience, the pools, the spa, all great
The breakfast spread was amazing! But I am gluten free, I informed the hotel beforehand, and when I checked in.
Apart from sliced bread, no other gluten free breakfast breads were available. No oats or cereals at all, their baked beans was completely surrounded by gluten pasta, so people contaminated this with couscous and the like.
When I raised this with a manager, they brought an ill presented plate of broken biscuits, made no attempts to change the baked beans, or provide other cereals or confectionaries for breakfast.
I made do with fried eggs and fruit for the duration of my stay.
They need to work on this, as this hotel was indeed splendid otherwise..

Nice weather, nice hotel, nice sea.
I did not like the breakfasts monotony of food. Every day the same food. I would like to eat some berries and much more vegetables.

My partner and I got married the day before we arrived at the hotel. We received a generous upgrade to a beautiful suite during check-in, but our stay was marred by issues. The shower and sink both overflowed, and an alarm in the room went off for an hour without resolution. The round bed in the suite was uncomfortable, so we had to sleep separately. While we appreciate the hotel's intention, we didn't enjoy our stay.

Beautiful pool and beach, beautiful view from balcony the pictures do not do the place justice. I loved the casino it was fun !

Warm and big indoor pool with not so many people around.
Generally, the hotel itself is a little old, but I see some furniture updates. That's good.
Friends and we were accommodated at opposite ends of the hotel in different blocks.
Disgusting view from the room (pool view). It was on the ground floor (elevation above sunbeds is zero) and sunbeds and the pool itself were a meter away from our panorama window. Of course the window was always covered with curtains. Balcony is not comfortable in that situation too. I attached a photo of it I made quickly just to laugh.
It's hard to find water to drink. In an expensive hotel in a sunny country. I asked a cleaning lady where I could buy water and she said in the mini bar. 5,80 or something like that for the 0.33l. We ended up finding bottles from the restaurant for 0.75l for 5.80. There wasn't at least a kettle to boil water. It kinda worsens the experience, no offence.
The receptionist hasn't said a word about where the breakfast is, the other facilities are, etc. But our friends came to a more talkative woman and afterwards they explained everything for us.
