Room suppose to be no smoking. But we found several ashtrays in the room and a strong smell of tobacco.
Location is not that good, even with car not comfortable to go there.
Be prepared to take out the trash yourself. Trash cans are located far above or at the very bottom of the street.
We received hygiene supplies in small quantities and half empty after previous guests. The receptionist has only been at the reception for a couple of days.
The kitchen equipment is very poor. All the pans are in terrible condition. It is impossible to cut anything with knives.

They took the payment in USDT. Excellent!
Everything is new, clean and nice.
Air conditions are good, not the cheapest ones as it happens.
Personnel is very constructive and English speaking.
Parking place.
Pool is big, clean and nice.
No microwave oven. Problem is from nothing. It’s cheap but makes so much comfort.
One of two bedrooms was useless. Air condition external unit makes to much noise even with closed window. The unit doesn’t belong to our apartment, so we could not control when it works. I slept in the living room because of that. But I’m very sensitive for noises.
Music at the territory may be a good thing, but why to start it at 8:00? Turn on at 10:00 and everybody will be happy. Not a big problem actually.
No restaurant at the walking distance, but delivery service works fine.
Unfinished building is very close. Building process is stopped during the season because of the local law. But be careful in other time. It can be noisy building process. Also check the date of this review. I think they will finish it in a year.

The apartment is big and well taken care of. The whole accomodation, located on a hill side, is provided with facilities like spa, swimmingpool, and fitness area.
We had a two sleeping room apartment, with kitchen, complete bathroom and small balcony overlooking the pool area. No complains about anything regarding the apartment itself.
We thought it would be as a semi-hotel facility, but that is not the case (our mistake). Meaning that for breakfast etc. you have to take care yourself. Also the bar located at the swimming pool is not in use. In the surroundings there are enough small shops to provide with the things you need.
Parking is a bit of an issue because around the building it is (very) crowded. Not only with cars, but also with ongoing constructions. We were lucky that all the new constructions where put on hold (silent). Probably because of the holiday season.
The pictures on the website and Booking.com are taken from an angle with nice views towards the sea side and valley and showing the hotel/apartment building standing alone/free. But in reality straight in front of (and close to) the building a new high building is under construction. So, no nice view anymore towards the sea side or over the valley. Those are taken away by new buidlings and we didn't expect that one. Currently, during our stay, it was looking at a high construction side.

It was not my first trip to Montenegro, but I have never had such excellent accommodation. The host helped with everything until the last day. The pool and its surroundings are spotlessly clean. I can recommend it to everyone.
