The size of the bed. The stove worked well and you had what you needed to cook (except for a spatula), the AC also worked well, they took out the trash every day, and changed our towels even though we were only there for three nights.
The check in process was quite frustrating, they provided no instructions ahead of time (said someone would meet us at the property), did not provide an exact address, and didn’t answer messages on WhatsApp. They ended up telling us to ask neighbors/people on the street to find a member of the cleaning staff. The whole ordeal took 40+ minutes in the heat and could have been avoided. There was an ant issue in the kitchen with them coming out of the walls. To me the mattress was uncomfortable.

The host was very nice and the location was not too bad.
It was advertised as 2 bedroom with double beds. It is 2 bedrooms but one room had single beds. There was linen supplied but no blankets. There was nothing extra supplied (no toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar etc). It also needed maintenance, shower door, toilet seat and air-conditioning needed attention.

We stayed there for a couple of weeks to explore Budva and Montenegro. The apartments are in the quiet area, next to the mountain, and it's easy to reach both Budva's beach and the beach in Becici. This part of Budva is much nicer for swimming than around the harbour. There were shops, cafes and tourist offices just a few minutes away. Our studio had everything for cooking, was regularly cleaned, and decorated with real paintings! The size of the room is large enough for a long-time stay, the mattress and pillows were comfortable. The owner is very kind and friendly, and helped us with everything. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!
Sometimes, departing cars and children in the street from the opposite building were a bit noisy. But we got used to it and it didn't bother us much.

The apartment is clean and well-maintained. It contains everything needed for the cooking. It’s really a good price for what you are getting. The host lady is lovely and very friendly, very assisting. A big thank you to the host!
The air conditioning was working not cool enough (maybe it is only in our apartment).
No mosquito nets so we experienced lots of them when we were opening windows (doesn’t matter morning, during the day or evening/night).
The property is located on a hillside so be ready for quite a walk up (which from one hand good exercise).
In general down the hill it take 20 min walk to the closest beach and around 30- 40 min up the hill to the apartment.

Great hosts, good location, spacious room.
There are some ants in the room, so don't leave any food unattended, or you'll see half of an anthill coming for it.

It was nice to stay in the Lero Apartments. The hosts are very good people. The host Lero, going the same way, suggested us kindly to show the way and to bring us to the supermarket. The host Faza is very kind woman and helped us in any need. I like the quiet region where apartments are situated, and it is very convinient to go to the beach or to the supermarkets.
The apartmnets are clean and cozy and it was pleasent to stay there. The furniture, kitchen and kitchenware are of high quality.
I recommend this apartments.

We enjoyed our stay at Lero Apartments. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with private bathroom and little kitchen. Close to the shopping mall, restaurants. 20 minutes by walk from the main bus station. A little bit far from the beach (20 min from Slovenska plaza, 45 min from Becici which was our favourite) and center of Budva (35-40 min) but still walkable distance. Calm area. If you are looking for a cheap accommodation I really recommend this place. Very good value for money.
