Wonderful
Beautiful looking hotel next to the old town and bay. The staff were excellent getting our room ready early, offering us beach towels, a packed lunch for our early departure and generally going above and beyond. The room was spacious, airy and had a huge comfy bed.

It’s pretty new developed or renovated hotel with fantastic view from the terrasse located at 5th floor during the breakfast.
Very friendly staff.
The shower in the bathroom is poorly constructed—water leaks out and the room becomes slippery, which is unsafe. I mentioned this to the staff, but all I saw there was a towel rolled up into a tube at the shower entrance.
The towels were not changed once in eight days. There is no iron in the room.
I almost injured myself on the staircase on the first floor, which is built like a spiral staircase but without handrails. It is unsafe, and there is no adequate lighting.

Location was amazing and the view from the room made our trip! Room was very new, clean and modern. We loved this hotel ! Breakfast was great with stunning views.
Small detail but the pillows were really poor quality. It was strange because the bed and linens were great and everything else in the room was perfect! Seems like an easy fix to upgrade the pillows. Also there is no parking which is fine but would be helpful if hotel could direct you to the less busy lots. We got stuck in traffic trying to get to a lot that was beside the hotel that was full because it was close to the old town. We Found open parking a few blocks away that was easy to use so not a big issue.

Very close to old town. Very vibrant location
Parking is not free. Nearby parking is available but very expensive. I would not recommend taking a car there.

Central location. 5 min walk to the old town and to the beach. Markets and shopping centers are in walking distance. I used the bus to go to Kotor and the Bus station was in 15-18 min walking distance as well.
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. My room was looking over the backyard so it was very calm, no noise from the street side.
The breakfast with a view from the rooftop was wonderful!!! The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
Maybe it would be nice to receive a bottle of water upon checkin in the room after a long flight. But other than that i have nothing negative to say.

Excellent location of the hotel opposite the park and the embankment with yachts. Nice view from the balcony. Excellent location very close to Old Town and the beach. The old town and the beach are 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. Hotel had a lift which we really appreciated!! There are many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. There is a supermarket and brand shops behind the hotel. A very wonderful varied breakfast (was included in our reservation) in Hemingway restaurant by the menu. Every day you can try something new. The hotel staff is very friendly. During our stay, Zlatko always helped us at the reception, he is very responsive and kind. He is always happy to help with any questions or organize a transfer to any destination. We express our deep gratitude to him!!! We recommend this hotel to everyone!

Stayed here for several nights. Great breakfast, gorgeous rooms, convenient parking, perfect location and amazing staff! Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and all of our requests: they allowed my husband to use hotel's facilities for a 2am meeting (with US) so he didn't have to disturb me in the middle of the night; and had one staff member come in extra early to pack us breakfast to go because we checked out too early to enjoy it in the restaurant. We felt truly welcomed. We were there slightly before the peak season so parking was wonderfully convenient- right next to the hotel. Hotel was tiny but gorgeous and location was incredible: not only super amazing location in Budva, but Budva itself is a convenient, central location for traveling all over Montenegro. Loved loved loved it!
Wish there were shower doors but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker. Feel bad for cleaning staff for having to clean up the mess.
