Clean,.comfortable, decent kitchen setup and utensils. Balcony was great for sitting in the sun in the morning and the apartment is just 8 minutes walk from old town. The shower is tiny...anyone 6 ft or taller would have trouble. The only downside was a sewer smell in the bathroom...sometimes faint, sometimes much more.

Everything is perfect regarding this property. Location is just few minutes away from Old City. There are all facilities walking distance. Apartment is spacious and clean and there is everything you need for your stay.

The apartment is very close to down town Budva. It had everything you need for a vacation. You don't need to bring nothing with you. Quiet neighbourhood. The host was there to meet us. Luckily we did not need to call him during our stay. You have stores and restaurants in your vicinity.

Nicely presented 1 bedroom flat - 8 minutes from high street, beach and Old town.
The owner is very accommodating, for example helped us to find transfer solutions between the flat and airports etc.
My family highly recommend this place.

Nice apartment, gut balcony. Very friendly host. He allowed us to stay until 11.00. He also granted us the parking for free. Many thanks for.
There is no sea view, since the new building prevents the view.
There would be nice to have a high chair on the kitchen to have it more comfortable with the bar desk.
It requires a new water cooker on the kitchen The old one smells.
Some new crockery on the kitchen, e.g. a small pot would be nice.
You need to call the host and agree with him where you meet, since GPS will not bring you to the house.
Also, better address of the apartment would help to find it by car.
