Whatever you do, if you travel to Budva, STAY HERE!!!! We were SO sad we onlyhad two nights, as I wish we had spent at least five nights. When I say gorgeous... WHOA! The beach is insane. The grounds are prestine. The staff is over the top accomidating. We were upgraded to an appartment with heated floors. Heated towel racks. Complimentary prosecco and snacks. And right on the beach! They also have a free water taxi to Old Town, which is WAY better than Kotor Old Town. We absolutely LOVED our stay and cannot wait to go back. Just extrodinary and wonderful!

Soap dispensers didn't work in one of the bathrooms, and they couldn't fix it
Poor choice if meal for breakfast
Noisy cleaning works with some water pump near our terrace.
Beach was like construction area with some stuff laying here and there.
Pool was closed
Spa was disapointing. It is way too small, and without a pool (only tiny one like a bath). Crowd of people in the tiny changing rooms

One of the best hotels which I visited. It was exceptional. Location of the hotel was perfect, room was clean, breakfast was perfect, but the most important was friendly stuff in hotel. Well educated to response to all requests. Tomo, Lili and Bozo were great as well as others.

The rooms are very luxurious and spacious. Every possible amenity exists, the staff is extremely courteous and helpful and the food options are excellent. In addition, the location on the beach is wonderful and the taxi boat free of charge to the old city is extremely helpful.
Since there is a lot of greenery, which is a good thing, the occasional ant may slip into the rooms. However, the staff were dealt with it efficiently and quickly.

Traditional BBQ party.
Lots of vegetation.
Location.
Parking.
Tha SPA is unacceptably small.
The "Harmony" building is too big and architecturally it does not belong to that location.

Excellent resort with a great private beach
When we arrived we said we have an early morning flight. At the reception they said they would bring us a boxed breakfast. In the morning our flight was delayed, we called reception and said we would prefer to eat at the hotel restaurant, we were told "no problem". During the meal, a waitress approached us and demanded payment of 40 euros because we ordered a boxed breakfast. We paid and complained at the reception but nothing helped. This is not acceptable behavior, if you want payment you must warn in advance.

Rooms very clean and comfortable. Great beach and comfortable sun loungers. Good selection at breakfast
Staff are not that friendly. Everything very expensive in hotel, even water which they do not allow you to bring into hotel. Spa is very small.

Wonderful
Dukley upgraded my deluxe room with sea view to an apartment with an amazing view! The beach and the gardens were very nice. There were tropical fruits in the breakfast which I enjoyed a lot. Personnel was very helpful.
