It was in a good location with a great staff. They all were very helpful. Mijo and Jana helped us a lot. Mijo took us from the bus station and also took us to the bus station when we leave for free. They were great people.
It was a good value. Worth the price.

One of the best view you can have on this price, over the whole city. In the night or sunrise, the lights, the mountains, everything is spectacular. We had probably the best 2 apartments of this location, with a big terrace facing the city, mountains and the sea. We had a good parking space reserved for us, and the host was very helpful over our needs, making everything really comfortable.
For those who doesn't like to climb stairs, access by foot from the town is somehow difficult, estimated 100 stairs from the main street, but this is the relief of the city, over the hill.

Very well located (around 7 minutes to the beach) with a great view to the city. The room has all the basic for a good stay. They change your towels daily.
The room could use a seating area and a table where to have dinner. Payment is received only in cash which I consider very old fashioned for the hotel and accommodation industry.

Alex was so helpful and nice. Even though we booked a Room without a parking spot, Last minute our plans changed and we had to rent a car, we asked them if it was possible to save a parking spot for us, Alex answered our messages so quick and he was so helpful while parking, you will understand when you see the streets, parking spot and cars in Budva, like thread and a needle, we were a little late for check in because of the traffic while entering Budva, we texted him and he was so understanding, our Room was clean and spacious, and cleaned whenever we asked, they changed the towels daily, there were stairs next to Our Room going down the street and thanks to those stairs you can easily reach the Center or seaside like in five or ten minutes, but in the evening those stairs are dark and there are some mosquitos, if you take the stairs, be aware, you need some lotion and your Phone's flashlight; for the city/tourist tax, we paid what we booked, it was already included but Alex went to the tourist Center with our passports and paid the tax for us, and he brought back them with a tax receit.

In this wonderful apartment we had everything what we needed for the comfortable stay. Hosts were very caring and hospitable, worrying about cleaning the apartment and providing fresh towels. Big plus for us was a cooking equipment where we cooked fresh Sea food from the market nearby and enjoyed on the terrace with a mountains view. Only positive emotions! Thank you!

The view from the balcony is amazing but it is a shared balcony of three apartments. The location is walking distance to the old town, bus station, main street and beaches. The owner Mio doesn't speak English well, he speaks German and Serbian but he is very friendly and hospitable, even when we told him we were going to check out late and leave our stuff, because we were going to visit Sveti Stefan, he offered to take us there for free :)) We thank him!!! Everything was really good, I recommend ?
The only thing I didn't like is that the apartment is a bit high up.

Unfortunately during our stay, almost immediately after arrival, we had to contact Booking.com to resolve an issue. We paid in cash as requested to the host on arrival, gave our passport details over and went about our day heading to the shops to grab some supplies. Upon return the host kept indicating and stating we need to go to the tourist information point with our passports by the next day. I said nowhere does it state this. This was to register as a tourist... a tax paid in the fee to the host already. Upon contacting Booking.com, and as we were aware, they stated we'd paid the tourist tax in our booking and would contact the hosts on our behalf. Clearly this is to pocket the money and make tourists pay twice. Since the messages were sent the host then didn't acknowledge our presence at all.
In regards to the accomodation itself the room is very tiny. Bed pushed against the wall, toilet squeezed next to the shower so you hit it, no side tables and no space at all. Only one of the 2 hobs actually worked so you couldn't really cook when we came to do it. Several of the light switches in the room don't turn on lights in the room. Out of 5 apartments we stayed in across Montenegro this was the most cramped and uncomfortable and obviously began badly with the whole tourist tax saga.

First of all, the location of the facility is great! It is very close to the city center and away from the city noise. The balcony view is also very nice. It's great to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the city! They cleaned the room regularly during our 3-day stay, and everything was very clean. Staff tried to help as much as they could. Everything we needed was available in the room. Thank you very much for everything!

This place had everything that we needed for our vacation. Our child was very happy there, too.
It is close to the Old town, beach Mogren 2 is about 15 minutes walking.
The service was professional!
This is the place where we felt like a home.
Staying somewhere is not only about the place, but it is also about the people. The owners made this place incredible!
We are going to come again for sure and we are recomanding it to everyone!

Property has an amazing location. Very secure and approachable parking. Our host was amazing, he sprted our wifi issue immediately. It is a great accommodation if you want to stay a night or two and will not spend much time in the accommodation.
In the apartment ther was ironing board, but not an iron.
No soap at the bathroom, no little towel for when you leave the shower. You have to use one of the towels given, which leaves you with only one towel, for showering, hands and face.
Only one night stand, although there is plenty of room for two. No mirror, beside small face mirror in the bathroom.
No cattle, as it states in the booking advert. Only salt for seasoning, no sugar, no pepper, no oil, no coffee, you have to buy everything on your own. To me those are basics, as I am a host on my own.
Only one bigger cup for coffe and there was two of us. Very poor facilities in the kitchen. When you turn on the stove, you have to move everything from the kitchen surfaces as it get very very hot it starts melting the plastics around.
All in all it wad cheap, so it was fine, but facilities are barely existent and it can be a lot better
