I had a delightful time. Cleanliness was amazing when I first arrived, the bed was comfy, bathroom had Rituals gels and shampoos. The owner Ivana was friendliness itself, approachable and helpful. Thank you!

The apartment is situated close to the old town. It was spotless and the bed was super comfy. The check in couldn't have gone any smoother and Ivana, the host very kindly provided a map and explained the various places to see in Budva and surrounding areas. There is also parking just in front of the property.

The villa is just perfect. It has everything you need. The room they gave us was very big. They had coffee and tea for the guest. (Most places I stayed didn't have coffee or tea in Balkans.) The host was very kind and helpful. She helped us with paying the tourist tax.(She paid online and we didn't have any problem while leaving the Montenegro.)
The only thing there could be a smart tv or an android box which would allow guest to screen mirror.

We had a fantastic stay! The host Ivana was incredibly hospitable—friendly, helpful, and full of great local recommendations that made our trip even better. Ivana really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The property itself was beautiful. The pool area was clean and relaxing—perfect for a dip after a day of exploring. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-kept. On top of that, the location was ideal— only a 10-15 minute walk from the Old Town, so it was super easy to explore but still nice and quiet at night.
Overall, a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again!

There is a lot of attention to detail and care for the accommodation and its people. Ivana was so excited to talk to her guests, recommending things to do in Budva and very passionate about keeping the apartment comfortable. We had a beautiful view from the balcony, a bright and spacious kitchen. There were fresh flowers on the dining table. Warning! A cat might jump on your terrace or come to your room, but we were happy to welcome the guest. Overall, very clean.

Hostess was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations. Plenty of space and everything is clean, tidy and well equipped. Bed comfortable and peaceful location, yet easy walking distance into town. Just disappointed we only had one night here!

Lovely apartment and balcony and pool exactly like the photos. Lovely host.
It’s not the property for peace and quiet if that’s what you are looking for. A lot of noisey trucks constantly going past property. Lots of children around the property and quite a lot of noise in the apartment above us. The apartment was lacking a lot of cooking utensils, as we like to eat in and out. We are also in hospitality so know theses things are important for guests.

The rating for the pool was purely because we did not use it, we were out and about too much. For us the location of the property was perfect. It was about a 10 minute walk from the main bus station which was great for us as we travelled from there to Kotor and Dubrovnik. We were also only a short walk in to the old town and had some lovely views of the mountains from our balcony due the height we were at! The room so super clean on arrival and had everything you could need, shampoo conditioner, washing up liquid and a little selection on condiments. Our room seemed to get a once over every day which was lovely. last but by no means least our host Ivana was so very nice to us and couldn't have been more helpful nothing seemed to be too much. Was a great stay in a very beautiful country. Would love to go back

Ivana is a wonderful host and makes you feel at home during your stay. She gave us great tips for exploring the area and helped arrange our travel to our next destination which was really helpful. The apartments themselves are lovely and and in a beautiful setting and the price is really good value for money. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location just a short 10 minute walk from the old town. Comfy bed and nice shower with very nice soaps provided. Free parking on the road outside
Owner’s child seem to like running around the place and screaming/crying which wasn’t the wake up call I wanted. Pool area is also very small but we didn’t use it
