It is really clean, rooms were cleaned and towels replaced every day. Breakfast is a notch above what's usually a standard, having some tasty additions like french toast, breaded zucchini, fruits, sweets, etc.

The room was extremely clean, and very comfortable. The location is nearly perfect. Very close to Stari Grad. The people in the concierge are the literal best. They help you with the city map and any questions you may have, they were definitely the highlights of our stay.
Maybe the breakfast could be more extensive but they were very caring and everything was hot so I could say it was okay. I wish the room had proper bath utensils (conditioner, body wash etc.). Everything else was perfect.

A newish build apartment block. Everything works as it should. Good showers, good air-con. Good on-site parking. Our balcony received plenty of sun. Well managed.
A little difficult to find without google maps as there is no obvious sign for the apartments. It could do with a few repairs in the room, but nothing major.

We had an amazing stay at apartments butua.
Our host Marco and his family looked after for our whole stay.
The apartments are in a great location just a 5 min walk from the old town.
Would recommend 100%.

We had a wonderful stay at Butua Apartments. The apartment was spacious, clean and, everything was comfortable. Location is very near to the old town and nicest parts of Budva. The best part about it was Marko, he made us feel extremely welcome and was available for anything we needed and happy to give advice. He kindly let us park our car early, which was a massive help. The carpark is large and secure, which is very rare in Budva. Thank you Marko and family, we will be back again!

The room is air-conditioned and clean. There is a lift in the building and free parking underground. The seaside is a 10 minute walk and there are many restaurants around. The staff are courteous and helpful. I would stay here again.
The bathroom has a bathtub, no walk-in shower. The facilities state that there is a laundry ie. washing machine but there was none.

Very nice hosts. Good location of the hotel, close to beaches, shops and the old town. There was peace and quiet in the hotel. Spacious room, cleaned every day. The air conditioning worked very well.

For us that we had motos and we wanted garage it was a very good choice!! It is near to the center and the personel was very kind and helpful! Moreover, it was clean and the price it was ok!!

The owner and everyone who works there are such a friendly people! They let us leave our car in garage little bit after checkout time. Speaking of garage.. you do have to pay extra for parking space and it’s quite tight, so be prepared. Breakfast was very basic (you pick from some options). Room was spacious with AC. Location of hotel is good - walking distance to beach and old town.

Owners are very friendly and always ready to respond. The room is nice and clean, balcony is available. Location is perfect both for walking around and for beach vacation: city center and recreational zone are really close by. Big plus is that the apartments building has a good underground garage for parking: perfect for long distance drivers and for those who does local sightseeing with rented car.
