the room is clean, cozy. air conditioner, hair dryer works well. everything is new and beautiful. kitchen with all necessary appliances. the apartment owners are very responsive and happy to help. very close to the sea!

Goran and his wife are one of the kindest friendliest hosts we have ever had a chance to deal with.
Location is amazing! it is located right close to the sea, restaurants ,couple fast food joints, kiosk is right across the road and Mobile shop which will take care of your Internet sim card for you, main walk way along the sea coast is couple hundred meters across which is filled with amazing restaurants there is even a grocery store right next to the building which makes it really convenient.
Rooms and Building are really neat and clean internet is easy to connect to there is a kitchenette fridge and everything you need to make a meal or coffee.
Parking in Budva can be challenging but this location has a private gated parking inside of the property which has made the stay that much better.
Overall we are very satisfied with our stay at Boreta and would highly recommend it for your next stay in Budva.

Clean flat, nice owners, good contact and location. Good price.
Nearby kebab so all the clothes and towels on the balcony smelled like that. Extractor above cooker and one light above bed not working.

The room was very comfortable, with a small kitchen and nice bathroom with a big shower. The bed was really comfy and we had a nice terrace. Parking place available at place - a must have in Budva; we were sure that our car is safe and sound there. Also, Wi-Fi was working flawlessly! There even was an elevator, so you don’t have to walk up the 3rd floor. A big supermarket is just next to the apartment.

The Apartment and a host was really great. From the terrace (terrace is always awesome) is a great view on a seaside. Also, the place is in quiet, less-touristic area of the city.
