Sasha, the host was very nice, extremely responsive, available and helpful. He gave me recommendations for breakfast and dinner and they were both very good. I'm grateful the room was airconditioned and there were multiple towels and beach towels available in the downstairs closet which was very helpful if you went to the beach or just needed extra towels for the room. It is a safe and secure location which is about a 10 minute walk to Old Town (very, very small) and the beach. There was a small balcony with a table & 2 chairs off the room. No view and extremely close to neighbors balcony.
The location was okay (about 15 minute walk to ferry or waterfront restaurants). The area and building seemed a bit run down and there was only 1 sheet on the bed over some fabric and it wasn't tucked in nor was there a top sheet. There was only a long towel type of fabric which I guess was supposed to be used as a "blanket". There wasn't any shampoo, conditioner or body wash, only a hand soap bottle on the sink.

I had a wonderful stay at Apartment Abeona! Everything was perfect – the place was very clean, quiet, and well-located, just a short walk from the beaches and the Old Town. There was plenty of parking available, which was really convenient. Sasha, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

First of all the location of the apartment is perfect. Apartmani Abeona is located in the middle of everything! If you walk for just 5 minutes you will be at Old City or super market, or beach ( you can take a sea tour or go to Hawaii Beach by boats). Minibuses and busses for Sveti Stefan, jaz beach etc. are departing from the bus stop in front of the apartment ( 20mt ).
Apartment is very quiet, clean and nice.
Our room was quite enough for a couple. There was all necessary kitchen stuff. Bathroom was clean and there is a shower cabin and electric water heater.
Room was very useful and nice.
If you want to sit at outside, some rooms have balcony or if you want you can take a sit at the garden.
And please don't forget, the owners are an amazing family. Whatever we ask they try to answer, try to help and they make everything perfect during the vacation. We thanks for everything to Saša and all family ??

Fantastic location just 5-7 minutes walk from the old town, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy. Sasha and his mum were very friendly and helpful, I loved my stay and will definitely recommend the place.

Amazing place. Close to the old town and plenty of places to eat and drink close by the apartment. Apartment had everything I needed. Best thing about the apartment is the amazing host, Saša. So friendly and welcoming. If I go back to Budva then I will definitely stay again. Hvala vam.

Safe, secure, spacious and comfy apartment. A 5 minute walk from the old town. Hosts are accommodating and on hand to help.
Bed sheets were more like towels. A thinner and more comfy bed sheet.
